Follow the river.

"I hear running water," Roger said. "If we follow it, we may run into some civilization.

"After you, Davy Crockett!" Becky acquiesces with a mocking bow.

Roger tilted his head and tried to look behind his wife, "Is that because there's nothing covering your backside?"

Becky covered her ass and angled herself to avoid being seen. "Hey!" Becky yelped when Roger reached out to turn her around. She slapped his hand away playfully and skirted around him so he couldn't see if he was right. They skipped along to the river playing their little game of tag until Becky noticed something in the distance.

"Hey, I think I see someone!" she said, pointing to the far end of the river.

Roger turned to see and noticed the same thing. It was a woman in a white gown, clinging onto a branch in the water.

"She looks like she could use some help!" Becky said with alarm.

The two rushed over to the edge of the river to get a better view. The blonde woman looked to be fighting the current in order to hold onto the tree branch. She was barely clinging on. They tried calling out to get her attention, but the rushing water drowned out their cries.

"We've got to do something!" Roger exclaimed. He looked to his wife, who was already rushing into the water. She made a running leap and dived in! "Becky!" Roger called out. She was out of earshot, already swimming up to the woman in need of rescue. Becky got her attention and it appeared like they were talking for a moment before the blonde wrapped her arms around Becky so she could swim out. Roger surveyed the river. Becky was strong enough to swim across on her own, but with another person in tow, she may get swept away by the water. He spotted a long stick. Maybe it would be long enough to help guide her back. Then again, maybe it would be safer to travel the shorter distance to the other side of the river. He would have to signal her somehow to swim to the other side.
