Meanwhile with Black Canary

In a car in Star City Oliver Queen and Dinah Lance were driving from a board meeting back to their home.

“So Ollie it’s not as late as we thought, perhaps we could take the time to go on patrol” Dinah suggested.

“Well I’m always up for a good fight but WHAT THE HELL?” he yelled as an energy shield appeared in the road. Many unlucky drivers crashed into this shield, some being horribly bruised.

Slamming on the breaks Ollie managed to avoid colliding with the building. Ollie and Dinah were able to change quickly and we’re out of the car in their superhero customers.

“Do you see them?” asked Ollie, bow drawn.

“No I don’t” she shouted.

“Then allow me to introduce myself” came a voice in the night “I was once the invisible women but now I take a greater title. MALICE”

“It’s that traitor” shouted Ollie, firing three arrows at her. An energy bubble protected the woman from him. Dinah unleashed a sonic scream into her, but to her shock another bubble appeared around her, reflecting the sonic scream upon her.

Dizzy she stumbled for a few moments as Ollie fired blindly in the air.

“Can’t see her” he growled.

“That’s why they call her the invisible woman” she yelled.

“Apparently not anymore” he replied “now how do we find her”

“Well I learned a trick from Banshee” she yelled, unleashing her sonic scream again, only this time using it like a sonar.

“There, on top of that truck” she shouted before unleashing another scream. She unveiled herself in her skimpy black outfit as Ollie fires an explosive arrow. Both were blocked by another shield.

“Quite clever Canary, if only we were interested in your scream” she said “but let me introduce you to some friends”

Alongside them several hooks burst into the concrete, as several dozens of blonde women charged on them. Before either of the two of them could say anything they were swarmed and then trapped in bubbles. Malice approached them, as the bubbles constricted. Soon Dinah could feel her’s squeeze until there was little air, passing her out. Her last vision was that of Ollie doing the same, though she saw Malice’s high heel step on his neck, and twist with a nasty snap.
