Latex Epidemic

Laid beneath the sheets you begin to erratically toss and turn as you try to get comfortable. After a few minutes of struggling your eyes snap open as you look around your darkened room. Your tight lips part to release a disgruntled sigh as you ease yourself up and reach out for the light switch beside your bed. On hitting the switch the room is flooded with illuminating light.

You casually blink as your eyes adjust to the bright light before stifling a yawn and looking over to the clock. The hands seemed to torment you as the clock stated it was 10pm, only an hour had passed since you had gone to bed. Feeling annoyed you slip out from beneath the sheets before standing up and stretching.

Knowing that sleep won't come to you for a while, you decide that an evening walk should tire you out. Instinctively you wander into the bathroom and peel off your pyjamas before having a quick warming shower and idly brushing your teeth. Once your clean, you leave the room and slink back into the bedroom where you pull on your underwear, quickly followed by a faded Fit For Rival's t-shirt and a pair of worn jeans.

Once you are ready you wander toward the door and ease on your trusty boots and slip your keys and smartphone into either pocket. Before stepping toward the mirror and briefly glancing at your reflection...
