Make some structural changes to Bill's division

You take Bill out into the hall. Like always, there are several rows of cubicles of men in suits sorting out shipping orders. However, today the men are distracted by dozens of new employees milling about. Hot women wearing cheerleader uniforms, nurse and French maid outfits, sexy firefighter costumes, and more. There is also a line of candidates waiting to be interviewed outside your door, still in their Hooters uniforms.

"This is chaos!" yells Bill. "You can't hire all these women!"

You pat your manager on the back. "You're right, Bill. Everyone! Can I have everyone's attention, please!" The men in the cubicles turn to you distrustfully, while all the women smile in anticipation.

"We've taken on about 30 new people in the last 2 days. I've had to work a lot of overtime to interview all these new employees." Many of the girls sigh dreamily thinking about their interviews. "But Bill has pointed out that the department can't handle that many people. So all the men in these three rows of cubicles are being laid off."

The men start growling. One of them stands up and shouts, "What the Hell?! That's not fair, we do good work!"

"I'm sure your work has been excellent, and I'm offering a generous severance package. 2 months salary. My personal recommendation to any job you apply for, which I guarantee you'll get. And finally, every one of you gets to pick out one of our new employees to take home for the evening and do whatever you want with."

The men freeze. Slowly they turn to the women in the skimpy outfits. All the women smile and make flirty motions towards the men.

"I'll take the redheaded cheerleader!"

"The blond nurse, please."

"The schoolgirl! I want the naughty Catholic schoolgirl!"

As the men start pairing off, Bill turns to you angrily. "Nobody is fired except you! I knew you were shit when you walked in the door. You don't even look old enough to work here! What are you, 20?"

"Nah," you respond, "I'm 18. I didn't even graduate from high school."

Bill's face turns red. "What? Well, it doesn't matter because you don't work here anymore. You're not turning this company into a porno studio!!"

"Of course I'm not, Bill. Just this floor. And I don't think you have the authority to fire me."

"Of course I do," shouts the tall, blond man. "I'm your boss! I can-" his cell phone interrupts him and Bill stops to answer it. "Hello? Mrs. Pembrose? What happened to Mr. Pembrose?"

A steam of profanity assaults him. "I'm sorry to hear that. No, I have no idea where your husband went. Money? I don't know. Well, yes, that's my division, but I don't know anything about missing funds."

A look of absolute panic attacks the man's face. "Demotion? You can't... but no, I can't?"

You wish for Bill to accept the demotion and remove the possibility of quitting from his mind.

"Yes, Mrs. Pambrose," Bill says dejectedly. He listens a few more moments and then hangs up. "I'm a janitor now."

You can't wait to see the results, so you change his expensive suit to a shabby janitor's uniform.

Your secretary Bethany, Bill's gorgeous former fiancé, walks up to the new Janitor and says, "Several couples just made spooge messes in the bathrooms. Go clean that up. Also, I never orgasmed once when I was with you."
