She Just Agreed to a Date...sort of.

The night was going great. Ms. Sapphire picked me up in her limo at 5 and we went to dinner at an upscale restaurant downtown. I was use to expensive meals due to my mother but I felt even this was out of her league. For the occasion, I wore the nicest dress I had which was a deep purple gown. It made me look hot, I had to admit but Ms. Sapphire showed up in a gown herself that looked like it cost a fortune. How could someone as beautiful and powerful want to treat me to such a lavish date?

Even crazier than that, it turns out we had a lot in common. We first talked a bit about myself and my studies. I really wanted to impress Ms. Sapphire so I did my best to avoid the subject of comic books but we ended up on the subject anyway. I figured that would have been the end of the date right there but as it turns out, Ms. Sapphire was a fan of comics too. So for the rest of the meal, we spent our time discussing our favorite comic books.

By the time we had finished dinner and where heading to the show, I found myself hanging on Ms. Sapphire's Arm and leaning against her up in the box seat. The show starred Madam Gold, a famous magician know for complex illusions. It was almost as if she was performing real magic. For her final trick, she made an audience member disappear. I actually recognized her. She was a rich heiress who was wearing all kinds of fancy jewelry. Madam Gold had her enter a box before performing some hand motions and making her disappear from the box. It was amazing but for whatever reason, Gold did not make her reappear. After that the show ended.

I honestly didn’t think too much of it as Ms. Sapphire took me home. By this point we had moved to first base and were making out in the back of her limo. Unlike Copy Cat who was a super aggressive as a kisser, Ms. Sapphire’s where slow, sweet and loving. It felt amazing. As we made out though, I couldn’t help but hear a news story on the radio. Apparently that heiress had reappeared outside the theater and she had been stripped of her clothes and more importantly her jewelry. This sounded sketchy so I decided that once I got home, I’d suit up and investigate.

As we pulled up to my dorm, Ms. Sapphire and I stopped our make out session. “Are you sure you wouldn’t like to come home with me tonight? I’ve got plenty of room.” I blushed. I wanted nothing more than to go home with the goddess before me but there was work to be done. “I’m sorry Ms. Sapphire but I have dance practice in the morning. But…..I did have a great time tonight….could...I….see you again.” She smiled at me. “I would love that.” She then kissed me deeply. “Oh, and please call me Liz Amy.” As I stepped out of the car she told me to call her as she drove away. Sometimes the life of a crime fighter was hard. Instead of spending the night with the most beautiful woman in Landmark City, I was going out to figure out what happened to an heiress at a magic show. Where to start?
