Chapter 6 by The-Drunken-Bandit The-Drunken-Bandit

Who do you pick?

Elodie

Elodie…

Elodie though young and inexperienced is perhaps one of the few people in the entire cartoon multi-verse that can truly understand what you’re trying to do.

So with your new henchman now picked out you now focus your attention back to the many TV screens that make up the main monitor of your command towers mainframe.

Immediately you begin to bring up the current location of Elodie and see that she sitting her room within the confines of point Academy, however, she had one not be there for a long as within a few seconds after you input the command to drag Elodie to your pocket dimension. You immediately see her disappear from her room and point Academy in a bright flash of blue light.

Immediately after her disappearance from the many monitors, you hear a loud POP behind you coming from the elevator, and you quickly turn around.

As you do the elevators doors open at the same time as you turn around to face it. An there standing rather groggily was Elodie the mystic archer herself. She is dressed in her usual attire of a red velvet dress with a white blouse under it and a short, frilly, poofy skirt that exposes her legs, and a tiny red hat with a pink feather. She also has light-red stockings and small white heels. Under her skirt you can see just poking out barely are her tiny dark brown elastic shorts.

You can also see that the 18-year-old girl stood round about the height of 5 ft 7 with short greenish-blonde hair with poofy bangs, and warm, tanned skin. Also, despite the poofy confines of Elodie skirt, you could obviously see that the young heroine in training had a large set of hips and a medium-sized athletic bubble-butt. Moving on upwards you’d see that Elodie had D cup sized full breasts that were hidden behind her blouse.

“Oh, blimey, I don’t feel so good.” Elodie bemoaned as she drunkenly walked out of the round elevator holding her stomach and was green in the face. Elodie looked as if she was about to keel over and begin vomiting violently, but at this point, you decide to cut in and dissuade her from vomiting all over your floor.

“That’s normal considering the fact you didn’t have a receiving transponder with you.” You tell the tanned girl grabbing her attention as she slowly looks up to see you get out of your command chair.

At the very sight of your power armored form, Elodie straightens her posture and immediately summons her bow in a small flash of pink light. However, just as she pools the string back to create the first magical arrow, you stop her.

BANG!

Rather violently as you summon an old reliable weapon of yours in the form of a highly decorated, yet also extremely powerful handgun called ultimatum and immediately shoot Elodie’s bow out of her hands, disarming her!

As Elodie stands there stunned at your sudden reaction, she slowly looks over to where her magical boat landed behind her and just as takes a single step backward to reach for her magically enchanted weapon!

BANG!

You immediately cancel that line of thought for the young heroine as you shoot her tiny pink hat off her head! Making Elodie freeze in fear with wide eyes as she stares at the smoking barrel of your large and heavily decorated 10mm pistol as she could see small wisps of smoke coming from the muzzle of the weapon.

Seeing Elodie pacified and completely terrified, you decide to introduce yourself and to calm the poor girl down hopefully.

“You know it’s not polite for a guest to pull a weapon on their host. Elodie.” You tell the terrified young girl as she looks at your armored form with fear, but also a great deal of anger as she grits her teeth and raises her hands up slowly in a sign of surrender.

“Well, it’s equally impolite to take someone without the consent!” Elodie fires back with anger as her fear slowly turns into anger as she tries to find a way to fight back against you. Seeing this and knowing that eventually, Elodie is going to try something stupid, you sigh to yourself and try to salvage the situation.

“Sigh… This is not how I want this conversation to go.” Elodie picks up on your little mumble and snaps at you as she continues to glare at you.

“Well, how did you expect this was going to go?! You kidnap me from my room in the middle of the day and drag me off to-to wherever this is and hold me at gunpoint!” You sigh slightly at Elodie’s jab and begin to elaborate further for the young girl.

Sigh… I honestly do apologize for that Elodie, but did you honestly think I would simply stand here will you point a weapon at me? No. Sigh… Arguing is going to get us nowhere. Elodie, I’m going to put the gun down, but in exchange, I need you to listen to what I have to say.” You sigh as you offer a truce to the young heroine in training. In response, Elodie’s eyes narrow at you, but eventually, she does nod at you showing she will at the very least agree to your temporary truce. For now anyway…

“Thank you. Elodie the reason I brought you here because I need your help.” You tell the young heroine as ultimatum fades out of existence in green light back into your Pip watch. As you do this, Elodie’s arms slowly come back down to her sides as she continues to glare at you with narrow eyes.

“Help?! Tisk. You certainly have a funny way of asking for help!” Elodie bit out as she crossed her arms.

“Again, I do apologize for your abrupt arrival to my base of operations. Though I must ask you to at least hear me out and listen to what I have to say and if you say no I’ll return you home, no tricks, no lies, I promise.” You tell the young heroine as she stands there in the center of the room near the elevator.

Elodie stays quiet for a short amount of time as she continues to glare at you, but eventually, she shuts her eyes and agrees to listen.

Tisk. Fine, but whatever it is it better be good!” Elodie bites out as she reopens her eyes.

“Sigh… Thank you. Elodie, I brought you here because I need your aid in bringing balance to the multi-verse.” You explained to the mystical archer. Instantly Elodie’s glare disappears as she blinks a couple of times and adopts a confused look at your response.

“What? Bring balance to the multi-verse? What on earth are you going on about?!” Elodie asks confusedly, and in response, you wirelessly command the many monitors behind you to bring up the many different images of the multi-verse and of its many chaotic and unstable elements.

As the many different worlds begin playing on the monitors, you waved Elodie over and very hesitantly the young archer does so. However, as she comes close and starts to see the many worlds come in to view, she stops and stares dumbfounded into the many different monitors.

“What on earth?” Elodie says numbly as she stares into the many different chaotic universes that exist within the cartoon multi-verse. As Elodie’s eyes begin to bounce from screen to screen from world to world, you continue in your explanation.

“This Elodie, this is the greater multi-verse at large. As you stare into it, let me ask you this: how many worlds are filled with dangerous and uncontrollable individuals?” You question the young archer and immediately, Elodie’s eyes immediately bounced to several worlds that contain those dangerous and unstable individuals. At the sight of so many worlds overpopulated with these dangerous and out-of-control individuals, Elodie’s eyes slightly widen at the sheer carnage; these individuals bring with them.

“Oh, my word! There are so many!” Elodie states in shock as she watches these worlds go by. You nod at her response and pose another question.

“Yes, there are quite a lot of them. Now then let me ask you another question Elodie, how many of these worlds have stupid or dangerous social norms?” You ask the young heroine, and in response, her eyes immediately track and trace several of the worlds that exist out there that meet that criteria.

“I-I, why is that! Why are they! Oh, good, God!” Elodie mutters in both shock and disgust as shoulders slump as she beholds the worlds that are trapped in these norms. Seeing this reaction from the heroine, you continue with a final question.

“Yeah, some of these worlds can get pretty gross. Now final question Elodie, how many of these worlds do you see are locked in a perpetual state of war?” At this question, Elodie goes completely silent as her hands go up to her mouth in shock as she beholds the carnage **** and needless bloodshed of the many worlds at war.

Seeing this a reaction from the young heroine you once again tell her why you brought her here as you command all of the TV screens to turn off. As they do, the shocked Elodie turns her attention back to you as you speak.

“This is why I brought you here, Elodie. I need your help in bringing balance to this chaos you were just borne witness to I need someone to aid me In this endeavor, and I chose you.” You tell the shocked heroine as she slowly comes to terms with what she has just seen.

“I-I, I think I understand. You want someone to watch your back while you save this multi-verse as a hero.” At this response from the young girl, you shake your head and immediately command the TV monitors to turn back on, but this time with the many different recordings of your exploits is a hero.

“No. I tried that, Elodie.” You tell the young heroine as her eyes go wide at the many different recordings of you saving lives and fighting evil. However, this is where the story takes a sour note as you continue to explain.

“I tried everything as a hero to save the multi-verse, but every time I did heroes got in the way and wouldn’t do what was necessary to make things better. I tried everything to make them do what was necessary, I begged, I pleaded, I cheated, and I argued.” You bitterly told the young heroine is the many different images of said actions began to play out to her ever-widening eyes as she watched you argue with the many different heroes that existed throughout the multi-verse. Only to either be ignored or ridiculed for doing what was necessary, what’s even worse was that she saw some of the good that you did be reversed and made worse by some ‘heroes.’

At Elodie’s horrified expression at the many different instances throughout your career as a hero, you continued with your explanation.

“Eventually, I came to the realization Elodie, a terrible and horrible realization that I left as a final and ultimate last resort.” You tell the young heroine as she breaks her eyes away from the many monitors showing your adventures and looks at you with shocked sadness within her eyes and when you look deeper, you could see a tiny glimmer of understanding.

“I realize that I could never save the multiverse as a hero. So I decided if I could not save it as a hero, then I would become a villain and do what was necessary to bring change and bring balance to the entirety of the multi-verse. An if any hero gets my way and doesn’t like it, well then they can go screw themselves because here’s the fact Elodie. I. tried. everything.” You tell the young girl as you come close and look her in the eye as you bit out your final words harshly and with bitter anger and hatred. Elodie could easily feel this anger, but with this anger, she could also feel a great deal of guilt and regret coming off of you in waves. She could feel all of this despite you being cooped up in your suit of power armor and before Elodie could say anything you tell the young girl of her true purpose here.

“Elodie, I brought you here because I need your help to bring balance. I know you want to be a hero, but look at the path I have walked and tell me, do you still want to be a hero? Or do you want to bring change and bring balance to this chaotic multi-verse?” You ask as you bring one armored gauntleted hand out to the young girl as she looks at you with hesitation and indecision as her mind bounces back and forth with all the knowledge you have just recently given her.

“Will you be my Henchgirl, Elodie?”

Does she agree?
