You drift off into a nap beside her, warmed by the bulk of her flesh.

Some time later, you bolt awake as the light shifts. It's late, and you realize that you were planning to meet Golondrina.

But your hair, well, it rather reeks of Ermintrude Cachalot in at least two different and rather impolite ways.

You slip away and hurry off to catch as quick a wash as you can in the baths of House Leontes and hope you're not too late.

Roll +BRAVERY(-1) (+0 Bravery, -1 Forward) to ENCOUNTER Golondrina for an, well, let's call it an assignation. Or at least you hope.

On a 7-9, you have to convince Golondrina, in character.

"Morgan," Golondrina says to your proposition. "That's all very well, but I do have to finish my Basic Enchantments work."

"I've been waiting, Golondrina," you say. "I only..."

Golondrina laughs. "Waiting? Fay said you were with Ermintrude Cachalot all afternoon, and here you come running down the hall."

You feel the warmth come to your cheeks. "She...wanted to see how my hair was working."

Golondrina grins. "Fay said there was exactly one intention Ermintrude would have toward your hair, and that would be how well it worked as a sex toy. Is that true?"

"Mostly," you say. "Ermintrude's all full of herself about having drafted the incantation, but that's pretty much what she wanted."

Golondrina laughs again. "You and Fay are a good match for each other."

"Fay was telling me that I was suddenly The Boarbristle Strangler," you say. "To give you a sense of what she was seeing in my hair." That, and reading my mood like a book.

Golondrina giggles. It's a little incongruous coming from the tall, broad-shouldered redhead.

"So were you inviting me to join you and Fay?" Golondrina asks. "I can't really host."

"Fay will be frightfully delighted to see you in the altogether," you say. You open your eyes wide. "Almost as much as me."

"Can you spare ten minutes to work through my Basic Enchantments?" she says.

"Deal."

Golondrina leads the way to a practice room and takes out her wand.

It's more like twenty minutes, but if she's making you late, that's fine. Perfectly fine. Absolutely lovely. You watch her red hair ripple and cascade as she turns her head while she works through her Basic Enchantments with an occasional prompt from you. You almost wish her hair was alive like yours. You feel your tresses rise and curl toward Golondrina, acting out your desire for her.
