Call it a day

You yawn. It's been a long day after all, so you instruct the driver to bring you and Svetlana back to the estate.

When you get back, you help carry the shopping bags to Svetlana's room, which is on the other side of the estate from your room. After you set the bags down, there's an awkward moment as you stand by the doorway and exchange looks with Svetlana. Her expression is hard to read, though not as harsh as it was at the beginning of the day. You try your best not to glance down at her body, but end up sneaking an sheepish glance that she's well aware of. You're tempted to take her right now, thinking back to early this morning when you had found Svetlana in the gym, but you decide not to after investing the time today to get her to warm up to you. You've made some progress, but it looks like Svetlana might need some more time to get over Nigel for you.

Without saying a word, you nod politely and leave Svetlana's bedroom.
