The Raikage

“The request came from the Raikage. He wants you to come to the Village Hidden Clouds for some special mission.” Tsunade spoke calmly to Sasuke who raised a brow.

“What does the mission entail Tsunade?” Sasuke asked showing curiosity as it was no secret to everyone that Ay, the Raikage, hated Sasuke with a passion. Ay actually petitioned for Sasuke to be imprisoned or executed after the war for his crimes but was outvoted by the other Kage’s. It was very odd that the same man would ask for him specifically for a mission.

Tsunade knew where Sasuke’s line of thinking was headed and told him what the mission request said. “The request says that he wanted to bury the hatchet so to speak. You will be heading to the Hidden Cloud Village to meet with him. Afterwards there is a leaf shinobi that has been there for a few months now and I want you to find them and bring them back with you after the request is finished with. Do you understand Uchiha?”

Sasuke just gave a dismissive grunt and walked out of the office. If he stayed for just a few minutes longer he would have seen the smirk that was on Tsunade’s face.

A few days after the briefing in the Hokage office Sasuke arrived at the Hidden Cloud Village. He has never actually been to the village itself as he only went to the shrine that was the home of Killer Bee, the container of the eight tails. Though this was a new place Sasuke didn’t come for sight seeing instead he quickly made his way to the office of the Raikage. It took him only 10 minutes as he jumped from rooftop to rooftop in order to avoid the people on the streets and get this whole mission over with as quick as possible. Once he arrived, he just walked right into Ay’s office ignoring the admittedly sexy secretary squawking at him to wait. Opening the doors to the office Sasuke was greeted by the sight of the Raikage sitting at his desk and someone standing beside him.
