Are these cards indecent?

"Hehe, that was some really nice enthusiasm back there, Tanukichi," Ayame said as she and Tanukichi entered an empty classroom together. Her stoic demeanor seemed to drop the instant they were alone. "You were so passionate that you almost had me convinced."

"What are you talking about?" Tanukichi asked.

"I'm talking about how you pretended to be such a good, upstanding citizen to Anna," Ayame replied as she took her flip phone out of her pocket and opened it. "She'll totally trust whatever you say now, like a girl trusting a boy who _totally _won't get any cum in her eyes when he blows on her face."

"Hey, I told you I wasn't going to be part of your ero-ist organization, and I meant it! I made a promise to Anna to uphold public morality at this school, and I- hey!" Tanukichi's speech was interrupted as Ayame began to rifle through his shirt pockets. "What are you doing?"

"Looking for a little something... ahah!" Ayame triumphantly pulled the phone she gave him this morning out of his pocket. "I knew you wouldn't pull out! You were in too deep, and it felt too good!"

"H-hey, that doesn't prove anything!" Tanukichi said defensively.

"Yes it does! If you were the pure virgin boy you said you were, you would have gotten rid of this or smashed this right after I gave it to you! You had plenty of time!" Ayame smiled as she took out a deck of cards. "But you kept it because you knew you could use it to have some naughty fun later! You've got bigger balls than a real Tanuki, Okuma."

"Well... just because I kept it doesn't mean plan on helping you." Tanukichi crossed his arms and turned away from Ayame.

"Please, I saved your cute little ass twice already. You owe me." Ayame poked Tanukichi on the back. "Besides, I'm not asking you to do much."

Tanukichi tried to ignore Ayame, but he felt pangs of guilt as he realized he would literally be in prison right then if it wasn't for her.

"What... exactly do you want to do?" Tanukichi asked.

"Simple! I need you to approve all of my dirty playing cards!" Ayame jumped in front of Tanukichi and revealed the fronts of the deck of cards she had, almost every single one of which depicted either a naked woman striking a pose, or the face of a woman screaming out in pure ecstasy.

"What? No way." Tanukichi pushed the cards out of his face. "That's just... gross and perverted."

"Oh, come on! They're just cards with cute girls on them!" Ayame complained. "It's artistic! They shouldn't even be banned to begin with!"

"It is pornographic material, and it would surely get yourself thrown in prison if the morality police caught you with it!" Tanukichi reminded her.

"They won't be pornographic if you say they're not~" Ayame said with an evil grin on her face. "Just give them the student council's seal of approval and I'll be able to whip these bad boys out whenever I want, and no one would even think of calling the morality police on me!"

"Couldn't you just, you know, do that already? People are so clueless here, no one would have noticed," Tanukichi pointed out.

"Maybe, but if you approve the cards then anyone who has a problem with that will mean they're questioning your judgement, and anyone who questions you questions Anna, precious student body president and daughter of the most powerful politician in the country,"Ayame countered. "No one would dare. So just do me this little, itsy bitsy little favor, and we'll consider ourselves even."
