Yes, you could use a beer

“Thanks, that would be great,” you walk right in.

“My name is Charles, by the way,” the man says. “May I take your briefcase for you?”

You nod and give it to him. He places it gingerly on a nearby table. The house itself is quite nice, a pictureesque suburban home with nice hardwood floors.

Charles leads you to the living room where you see a combination of 1950’s style with modern conveniences. He has a giant flat screen tv and a sound system that you think could blow the roof off of the building.

“What do you do for a living?” You ask as he goes to the kitchen to grab beers.

“Oh this and that,” he says, “I worked in finance for a long time and made it big with some key investments.”

“And no wife?”

“Well not yet,” he says handing you the beer, “Let’s just say I haven’t found the one yet.”
