What will you do as King?

The Iron Islands

Aegon Thought it Prudent To Sail For The Iron Islands, Specifically Pyke. Balon Greyjoy had Grudgingly bent the Knee during The Greyjoy Rebellion, but only after his Eldest Sons Had been Killed. His Current Heir was Theon Greyjoy, But Theon had been Sent As A Ward to The Red Keep, As an Insurance Policy to Keep Balon In Line. So Despite the Protestations Of Most of the Small Council, Aegon Asked Theon to Accompany Him To Pyke.

During Theon's Time at the Red Keep, He had become something of A Little Brother, Aegon Had Long Considered Him A Better Choice For Master of Ships than his Uncle Viserys, for Many Reasons. But other than Theon, A Small Group of Kingsguard Knights Accompanied Him To Pyke. But one prime reason for his journey to Pyke was to meet the fearsome and Unusual Beauty of Yara Greyjoy, Theon's Sister. Despite The Fact Most Ironborn Women were only slightly better Looking Than Frey's Yara was Said to Be A Rare Beauty amongst The Ironborn. Aegon Carried With Him A Number of Boons, Boon's He'd Trade For Yara's Hand if He Liked Her Enough.

Aegon and Theon Had Arrived At Pyke To Find A Good Hundred of Ironborn Waiting for them. At the Head of the Host stood Three Ironborn Elders. "Guessing their Your Uncles?" Asks Aegon. "Aye, Uncle Aeron, Uncle Euron, and Uncle Victarion." Says Theon. "Your Grace." Says Euroon as he Goes to Bow and the Others Attempt the Same but Aegon holds up a Hand. "Please Don't, I'd Rather Not Have you Swallow Your Well-Earned Pride for the Sake of Formality. I Wish to Speak to Lord Balon, and I Suggest You Three Join Us, The Future of Isles May Just Depend on them.'' Says Aegon as He Signals for them to Lead The Way.

Aegon Sat In A Chair At A Table With Balon Greyjoy, Aeron Greyjoy, Euron Greyjoy, Victarion Greyjoy, and Yara Greyjoy. Behind Him Stood Theon. ''I Seek a Bride. I also Offer Much For Her Hand. I would Offer Lady Yara The Queen's Crown.'' Says Aegon Bluntly, Much To the Surprise of Yara and Victarion, Humour of Euron, Suspicion of Balon, and Indifference of Aeron. ''Why? Why My Daughter?'' Asks Balon Pointedly. ''Why Not? House Greyjoy has Long Been On The Fringes of Westerosi Politics. I Offer Both A Way in and A Heavy Price Paid For It, By Me.'' Says Aegon. ''What Price Would You Pay for My Hand?'' Asks Yara.

''Firstly I Offer The Position of Master of Ships to Your Uncle Victarion Here. I Don't Trust My Uncle Viserys, In fact I'd Sooner Make Crows Eye Here my Heir than Let Viserys Become Madder than My Grandfather and Marry My Aunt Daenerys. Secondly I Seek To Conquer the Stepstones and Stop the Raids against my Dornish Allies. If You Agree to My Offer, Once The Stepstones is Conquered, I Will Formally Decree them To Be Part of The Iron Islands. And Thirdly, I Aim to Allow You to Renew An Age-Old Ironborn Tradition That Started Since Before The Kraken Ruled these Isles. The Right To Take Salt Wives.'' Says Aegon as He Tosses several Parchments onto the table at the various Greyjoy's. ''All They Need Are Your Signatures.'' Says Aegon as He Drinks From his Cup of Arbor Red.

Victarion after A Moment of Contemplation Signs His, Thus Awarding Him the Position of Master of Ships. Balon Eyes The Young Dragon of Dorne Suspiciously, But Nonetheless Signs His Parchment, Thus Making Him Agree to Help invade the Stepstones. Aeron Looks Over His One, Blesses It and Himself as A Priest of The Drowned God, and Signs it. So Far So Good, But Only Euron Remains Uninterested. "What Are You Waiting For Crow's Eye? Sign It!" Demands Balon. "Only If The Stepstones are Mine To Rule as I See Fit, Once Conquered." Says Euron Adamantly. "I Can Accept That, But Only if You Swear Fealty to Both Your Brother and The Iron Throne when your awarded it." Says Aegon.

After Eyeing His Older brother Balon and his Niece and Nephew for a few minutes, Euron Signs His Parchment, Leaving only Yara to Sign Hers. "Scared My Lady?" Asks Aegon Daringly. "Overconfident My King?" She Replies In Kind, Before Signing. "There! You Have your Desired Hand, But Don't Expect Me To Spread My Legs to An Un-Drowned King." Says Yara Smugly as Euron and Victarion Chuckle Slightly. "Lord Damphair? Please Drown Me......." Says Aegon As He Keeps His Eyes Locked With Yara's.............................................

Does Aegon Survive???????????
