Anime club

At Heartfellia Academy students get 1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch so students have time to do there clubs and eat their lunches. You decided to got to the anime club meeting before you grab something to eat. You check your phone to see what room the meeting is in. Then you remember that it was in 207. You make your way to the class room and see the president you meet from the club sign up.

“Hey Erika, its me John. Has the meeting started yet?” You asked

“Oh hi. I remember you from registration you got all the questions right, and no you are just in time we are about to start.” She said

You enter the room to see 4 other people siting in the room. You take your seat with the other and Erika and another guy stood before the group.

“Hello fellow anime lovers. For those who don’t already know me I’m Erika and I am the president of the anime club, and this is Omi Hatake he is the Vice President of the club.” Erika says

“Yes, pleasure to meet you all.” Omi said

“This club is here to help us explore and expand our love of anime. Whether your love of anime comes from manga, cosplay, or just enjoying the actual shows. I hope we can grow as a group and have a great year. Some of the highlights of the events we do as a club. We compete in anime debates with other schools anime clubs, we reenact parts of our favorite animes, and the cream of the crop we compete in the local anime convention’s cosplay competition.” Erika says.

“Yes and this year since we have 6 members we can compete in the group competition. In past years we have only been able to compete in the solo competition.” Omi explained

“Now lets go around the room and introduce ourselfs and tell a little about ourselfs.” Erika asked

The girl next to me stood up “I’m Zelda Lincoln, I’m a junior. I got into anime mainly because i love to dress up and anime characters have really cute outfits.” Zelda said

“Welcome aboard Zelda. Who’s next?” Erika asked

“Hi y’all my name is Becca Zeller. I’m also a junior. I would say i got into anime because I love to read the mangas and see how they release to the shows. “ Becca said

“Good nice to met you Becca. Next?” Erika said

“Hi I’m Morgan Andrews. I’m a senior. I have been a part of the anime club since I was a freshmen. I joined because I’m a sap for a good slice of life anime.” Morgan said.

“Welcome back, always great to have you Morgan. Wow its great to see all of these girls in the anime club. Most of the time we cant even get one other than me and Morgan. Alright who’s next?” Erika asked

“Well I guess I’m next. Hi my name is John Doe. I’m a senior just transferring in to this school. My favorite thing about anime is just the epic fight scenes and excellent storylines.” You say

“Great nice to have you John. I guess that leaves me and Omi. Hi my name is Erika Kentwood, I’m a senior. I am the founder of the anime club and I founded this club to share the love of anime a spread it to new people so they can enjoy it as much as I do. Okay your turn Omi.” Erika said

“Hello my name is Omi Hatake. I am a sophomore. I have grown up with anime in my life since I was a small boy living in japan. It has been my world for as long as I can remember.” Omi said

“Great thats everyone. So with that I am proud to begin the frist meeting of this school year, and first order of business everyone needs to start brain storming ideas of what anime we want to cosplay at the convention this year. We will have the vote in a couple weeks by then we will know each other a bit better and be able to come up with a good group cosplay for us.” Erika said

The meeting went on for a bit we talked about different animes we liked and our favorite characters. After an hour of talking we concluded the meeting and I went to go eat before the dreaded cheer practice.
