Lunch

You make your way to the cafeteria. The cafeteria is huge it had so many options. “Great I can finally eat some meat.” You say

You make your way to the burger stand in the cafeteria.

“Welcome to Burgertown what can I get for you?” The man at the counter asked.

“Ya I’ll take two double cheeseburgers all the way with a large fries.” You say

“Okay just swipe your student ID and well get it up to you right away.” He said

You swipe your ID and a red light appers. “That’s odd try it again.” The man said.

You try again “I’m sorry it says your card doesn’t work at our stand you can still get it if you have cash.” He said

“Ya how much is it?” You asked

“22.50” he said

“Damn I though I has some cash I must have left it at home.” You say

“Sorry maybe your card will work at another booth.” He said

You walk away looking for another booth to eat at and you see Zoey. “Hey Zoey I just tried to get some food over at Burgertown and my card wouldn’t work.” You asked

“That’s becasue your on the cheer squad.” She said

“Why does that matter.” You asked

“Well Coach Summers doesn’t want us to get fat so she places a limit on our meal cards to only the healthy stands.” She said

“What the fuck, why the hell would she do that.” You asked

“I don’t know. Ask her at practice in ten minutes, and you better hurry up if you want to eat something when I say 10 minutes I mean dressed in our practice uniforms and ready to go.”she said

“Damn it” you say as you grab a banana and rush off to the gym.
