Chapter 101 by Cliffe Cliffe

Author's Note: I love writing Mub interactions.

Chapter 101: Living with Orcs.

((Cliffe-Notes: Some of you may remember the note about the Patreon contest I made a little while back involving certain unlocked sex scenes within my branch of this story. It was because of that contest that I wrote the sex scene between Hestia and John, and yet... there was a second part to this contest where the winner got to essentially 'commission' me for free to write another sex scene between some of the characters that they chose in this story. A two for the price of one kind of deal. Well, as it turns out, the Patreon contest winner has recently messaged me about the sex scene that was initially going to be his decision and has since asked me if it would be possible to just put the scene up to a vote since he couldn't decide on any kind of specific scene that he wanted to see.

Thanks of that, we are indeed having another poll on the Gamer discord channel. If you or anyone else you know who has been reading this story has a specific sex scene that they would like to see in my branch, ask for a link to the discord, join, nominate the idea so it can be thrown into the poll, and then vote yourself! Otherwise, you can just vote yourself on some of the ideas that are already in there like the Brenda/Urga double tit-fuck scene or an Otrov submission scene. Just come join in on the fun!

The poll itself will be opened to the public in my Branch discussion channel on December 8th.))

Dullong was just the first Orc that John found himself confronting that day. After riding the high of attacking the Alpha who had nearly tried to fight and kill him in the past, John took that confidence and opportunity to try and... 'fix' some of the mistakes that the other Orcs of the tribe had made against him. He didn't have much time to do it with the rest of the tribe packing up to move again, but he did go back to his tent to grab the list that Tyrea, Mub's ****, had made for him. While he was there, sifting through the box that once held Urga's belongings, John found all of his clothing again. It only took him a couple of seconds to switch the armor and gear back on in his character screen, but once he had it, he left Urga and Dofi in the tent to pack up their stuff to move out.

In the meantime, he ran off to try and collect some more items. It wasn't easy, as John quickly learned. Even when he walked up with flaming fists to the crumbling hovels and bone-riddled tents that had been set up to house the Orcs, the Orcs didn't scare too easily. Most of them didn't try to fight back against him and none would take his challenge when he spat it at their feet, but almost all of the ones who had insulted him tried insisting to John that they no longer owed him tribute. Mub owned the village now, so they didn't have to fix anything.

The few cocksure warriors that could have their arms twisted for more loot decided that it would be 'kind' of them to insult him again, dumping things like broken weapons or gear that they never found a use for in the past. John took the opportunity to punch those people...

...but even after breaking a few noses, the Orcs just grinned through the pain at the human who 'couldn't bring himself to kill pointlessly.' They didn't accept his challenge, and they acted like that lone fact would keep them safe. Unfortunately, that meant that if John didn't want to go around proving people wrong, then he just had to accept the scraps that they pulled out for him.

When he finally piled it all up, he realized that it was probably a good time for him to look at all of the pop-ups that he had been ignoring since he woke up in a prison cell after drinking Orcish ale. The first thing he noticed was that he was missing all of the schoolwork he had saved in his inventory, the spare change of clothes that he had been forgetting to use, his wallet was gone, and his keys were missing as well. They were just no longer in his inventory.

On top of that, the 'scraps' that the Orcs had given him turned out to be a little more useful than he had initially thought that they would be.

+2 Broken shards of- ERR. Legendary item's identity is unknown. 2 Broken shards of a ??? Legendary weapon added to inventory.

Then there were pop-ups that placed items into John's inventory, items that he didn’t actually know how he had found or earned them. As far as he could tell, they were suddenly just there.

+1 Platinum Hide of the Ankrean Boar
+1 Fruitbowl of Peace
+1 Trophy of the Champion

When John finally found and pulled the hide out of his inventory, he wasn't sure what it was that he was expecting to find. At first, the only thing that he noticed was that the 'hide' was massive and ridiculously heavy. It was large enough that, at first, John would have assumed that the hide would have come from a horse, not a boar. The hide glistened and shimmered in the moonlight, as night approached in the weird timeline of his kingdom, like it had actually been made of metal... but the Observe he used on it hinted at nothing of the sort.

Platinum Hide of the Ankrean Boar.
This shiny, platinum-hued skin can only be cut and harvested from the body of a certain Legendary animal. In the event of its ****, the giant hide of the Ankrean boar can be taken as trophy by only the greatest of hunters. However, it is unclear as to what this hide could actually be used for. At its touch the hide can seem too rough and solid like a slab of metal for the hide to be properly worked, but because of its biological nature, the hide also can't be melted and forged into a new shape either. For the most part, the giant hide largely just seems useless, though it does smell oddly of fairy dust between the needle-like tufts of fur that are sparsely spread across the top of it.

His use of Observe didn't even reveal any stats of the Ankrean Boar's hide. It just... gave him a bunch of seemingly useless information. The Fruitbowl of Peace did the exact same... though he did find a few sweet foods that he had never seen before. They looked like tiny blue pears in his hand. The Trophy of the Champion... was actually just a little, rusted, golden coin with the petal of a flower glued onto one side of the coin with some kind of sparkly substance. It smelled sweet at least, even if the coin seemed completely useless while it was still covered in some kind of glue-like substance. The pop-ups that he actually found important came in the form of achievements, which at least helped him learn something about what had happened after he tried Orcish ale.

Achievement Unlocked! 'Hunter Extraordinaire!'
Huh... I've never actually seen someone get a boar to do that before... or do that to a boar. At least, not while the boar didn't have the ability to talk. Congratulations.
+1 Agility.

Achievement Unlocked! 'King of the Faeries!'
You've united a whole civilization under your banner! It's not necessarily a... powerful civilization, but it technically is one. You may now enjoy the company of your band of pranksters and flying janitors. There isn't a single warrior amongst them, but at least they aren't being eaten by some mutant carnivorous boar anymore.
+1 Charisma.

Achievement Unlocked! 'All Work, No Pay.'
You completed an Abyssal contract only to get paid in items that you had utterly no use for! Here's an actual reward.
+$100

Achievement Unlocked! 'A Man With No Clothes.'
Well, he has clothes now... and a wallet... and a set of keys... and a bunch of school papers to wipe his ass with. That was certainly charitable.
+1 Charisma.

Achievement Unlocked! 'Reaching For The Stars...'
Monsters... mothers... and now goddesses. What won't you fuck?
+1 Libido
+2" to Base Cock Size - Shapechanger already applied!
+200% in Cum Production - Shapechanger already applied!

Theft has leveled up! Theft is now level 3!
Theft has leveled up! Theft is now level 4!

"What... the fuck... happened the other night?" John asked when he finally met up with Mub again. His fingers went through his pop-ups, closing one after another until finally there were no more messages left. He received a minor notification that he was now at four out of a hundred legendary weapon pieces gathered for one of his quests, but that was the last of it. His abilities wouldn't give him any more answers to what had happened when he blacked out, and Mub didn't help all that much either when they finally started the journey towards Eldham again.

"You gave some stuff to an Orc," Mub grunted a little while after he had climbed atop his personal mount. "He seemed happy."

"Did you put something in my drink?" John asked. Mub merely scoffed at him and shook his head.

"You had ale. Real ale," he simply grunted before Tyrea caught up to the two of them. The redheaded **** was still wearing the exact same gown that he had seen her in before. The translucent silken dress still failed to actually cover anything, but she was there to add some of her own input instead of showing off her body. Still, John couldn't keep his eyes away from watching the way her breasts subtly bounced whenever she took another step, her pierced nipples tracing through the air.

"Technically, it was ale made with an alchemical catalyst. It helps to strengthen and speed up the process of intoxication and is a personal favorite of the tribe. I did not realize it would have such a... strong effect on you," she explained, and John slowly blinked at her. That explained... some parts of the drink but not everything. It certainly didn't explain how he could almost remember feeling the burning sensation the drink gave him as it was sliding down his throat while they were just talking about it.

"How did I end up with a boar hide?" he asked and watched as Tyrea blushed and discreetly tried to step back out of sight again. Mub merely laughed.

"You almost fucked it," the Orc chuckled, and Rugga's voice chimed in with his own laughter as the second member of their pack finally caught up with them. The other Orc was proudly jutting his chest out for his new pack members to see. The Orc had been branded, marked for his first victory over the battle at Eldham.

"Almost," the second Orc grinned and John slowly buried his head into his palms. Rugga's grin grew even wider when Mub turned and saw the fresh victory branding that had been seared into one of his pectorals.

"What the fuck?" John muttered, as the rest of the tribe finally began moving with them.

The rest of the tribe moved at what seemed like a snail’s pace behind John and his pack. Both the Gamer and all of his raiders and slaves rode ahead of everyone else, but the pack didn't fight them for the position for some reason... even after Mub informed him that it was a great honor to be at the front like they were. Instead, the tribe followed behind them in a long bustling line of green faces. At the very back of that, the slaves of those Orcs marched with most of the camp's supplies.

Even the Elders that had gone with John did not charge to the front of the line, but since it didn't seem strange to Mub or Urga, John didn't think twice about it. He just tried to revel in his position some more. Eventually, when he got back to thinking about his recent upgrade to his Infused Strike ability, John remembered the sapphire that he had received from the goddess, Hestia. He tried to search his pockets, his inventory, and even asked Urga if she found it in the tent, but he didn't discover the gem's location until Dofi came forward with it. She claimed immediately that she had found it lying on the tent's floor after John had left and plucked it off the ground to hold for him later, but both Urga and Mub made faces at her statement. They both heard something that John didn't, and he assumed that they didn't believe her, but he couldn't bring himself to think of any kind of punishment to dole out to her if she was lying.

He didn't know how he was supposed to punish her, or any of his slaves actually, and he didn't want to risk using any of the potions that Urga had used on his mom... at least not until he understood them a little better. It was possible that the potion could have been dangerous to people like the necromancy items that Hestia had told him to get rid of were. At the very least, he knew it would make it harder for people like his mother to think and act properly in public if the potion made it so that they were constantly craving cum.

He thought about asking Mub or Urga for advice on punishing slaves, but then that would have not only implied that he was going to punish the gnome, but it also would have put him in a position where he had to consider taking their advice. He had started to like Mub, and definitely liked Urga, but the tribe's ways were a little too... final for his own personal preferences. He was still the type of person to 'change' things for his own sexual interests, but he would have liked it if he could confirm that it wasn't dangerous first before he went ahead and did something like that. For example, when John finally used his Augment Body spell on other people, it had happened after he had already tried it on himself.

In that specific case, John would have been in more danger than anyone else if his powers had somehow caused any wrongdoings. Though his abilities were pretty specific on what it was exactly that they did.

Eventually, John just decided to let the matter go. He took the opportunity to call Urga and Tyrea back up to the front of the tribe's march with the rest of his pack, and when they asked him what he needed, John tried to address the risks that had come with drugging his mother. However, talking to Urga was a lot like talking to a brick wall. When he tried to politely explain that she did something wrong and question her decision, she just looked at him strangely like she didn't understand. She didn't know why he was asking why she thought that using those potions on his mother might have been a good idea, and after a while, John simply gave up on trying to explain it to her. As far as he could tell, she either didn't actually know what he meant or she was trying to goad him into punishing her like an Orc would. Of course, he still felt too worried that someone might actually get hurt if he was to attempt some of the rougher actions that the Orcs were used to, so he decided not to do that.

Instead, Tyrea tried to reassure him again. She repeated everything that she had told him before and insisted that the potion wasn't dangerous. Overdosing on it could simply just leave some... 'permanent effects' on the consumer. She didn't become a succubus, so consuming semen wasn't something that became necessary to survive... she just told him that his **** would crave it from then on. If she didn't have it, then the craving would infest her thoughts, gently guiding the more innocent parts of her towards perversion until she scratched the new itch of hers again. Unlike a succubus, it wouldn't build higher and higher like she was actually a demon starving because, frankly, she wasn't a demon. It would just arouse her. That was why Orcs used it to break slaves. If consumed by 'innocent people' like virgins, it helped to lower inhibitions. It eased them into lives of sexual servitude and helped them to enjoy it.

She told him that it wasn't dangerous, especially not with only three potions. Brenda should have been fine... except for the fact that she was not an innocent virgin. The few sexual encounters John had had with her told him that she had quite the appetite when it came to debauchery, so the comment about the added perversion to Brenda's personality made him a little worried.

In the end, Tyrea finally calmed him by offering to give John a couple of the succubus essence so he could at least study the potions personally. He agreed to the idea and paid for the potions through Mub by giving the Orc the last of his poison vials, but he made sure to get the better deal by clearing up any other debts that he owed the Orc at the same time. Tyrea brought him the potions, and when John finally got off his horse to receive them, the marching tribe finally came to a stop on the outskirts of Eldham. Mub and Rugga barked at a few slaves to go and retrieve the rest of the loot that the two Orcs had buried while the rest of the tribe began to set up camp. The fading night sky was largely ignored because of how quickly it came and then passed, and after the long journey, the Orcs gradually began to go to sleep.

Eventually, John was left as the last one standing in Eldham as the Orcs prepared for the next journey into the Burning Pass. Mub bid John a good rest, followed by Rugga doing the same, and then John informed them that he would be back soon. He decided that it was time to leave the kingdom again, especially now that he had the Mana for it again after the march to Eldham, and that they would head North when he returned. He briefly glanced at the potions that Tyrea gave him...

+2 Minor Liquid Essence of the Succubi.

Minor Liquid Essence of the Succubi
A weak transformative imbibement that emits a faint lime-green glow.
Potion Effect: Raises the consumer's Libido and erogenous sensitivity to match that of a proper sex demon. (Consuming large amounts of this potion may eventually lead to developing certain Succubi traits.)
Known possible traits:

  • Cum addiction.
  • ???
  • ???
  • ???

... and then pressed the button in his character sheet to leave the kingdom.

Turns out the potion isn't temporary... at all. It's just weak.
