Unfortunately, Alice is more creative than Steph is

Alice grinned broadly, "Oh, no need for those." Lucy's heart sank, but Cassy's eye bulged like she had been punched in the stomach. Alice had turned around and she brought out a small tray filled with objects of various colors. "I figured the best way to work this out is if the customers can see as much as possible," Alice said with an evil smile, "so I brought in my henna supplies to give you guys a hand." Lucy just remembered, Alice was a talented artist and that she occasionally missed work to go to galleries or because someone paid a lot of money to commission her work.

"What?" Cassy shrieked, "but Steph said employees have to have their apron on so they can be identified as workers!"

"Exactly," Alice agreed once again, "unless we find an alternate means of providing that verification to customers," Alice was grinning far more happily than Lucy had ever seen in her life, and it made her want to run away, but it was beginning to excite her too. Lucy could already see Kate had moisture dripping down her leg, but Alice continued, "I realized I could make you semi-permanent IDs with henna tattoos. They last for weeks at a time, so I won't have to redo them every day, they don't smudge, and they can be personalized for the employee."

Alice wasted no time in branding Cassy's front and back with her name, the Diner's logo, and a heart around her bellybutton that drew Lucy's eyes to Cassy's trimmed pubic hair.

Alice stepped back and seemed like she was pondering for a moment. "A couple more things," Alice said commandingly, "all three of you need to keep your pubic area clean shaved," she said surveying her prey, "for health reasons. Glad to see Kate is already all over this one." Kate blushed slightly but seemed happy about this. Lucy noticed Kate's eyes flicked down and guessed that Kate was checking her out. Lucy was beginning to squirm from the attention when Alice continued, "and, now that I think about it, it's legal to be naked outside for now, so all three of you must leave all of your clothing at home as long as that stays in effect."

"That should only be for this week," Steph offered the girls helpfully.

"Actually," Alice said still sounding uncomfortably cheerful, "from the rumors I heard last night and this morning, there has been a growing call for it to be made permanent. Something about a diner full of attractive young girls wearing nothing but aprons, if that, and supposedly there were a few girls who decided to hang out at the mall naked too," Alice said with a hint of knowing in her voice as Lucy felt her body growing scarlet, "and people enjoyed the sight of these carefree girls enjoying their freedom so much that even the local government is thinking about calling off the vote to make it permanent already."

"Wow, really?" Kate asked sounding rather excited about this. Lucy glanced over to see that Kate's fingers were buried knuckle deep between her legs and her hand was already soaked.

"Yeah," Alice said putting the finishing touches on Cassy's staff tattoo before moving toward Lucy, "It was all over the radio this morning. So remember, as long as public nudity is legal, all three of you must leave all clothing at home when you come in for work. I will be doing random searches of your cars, and if I find you cheating, the punishment will be extended."

Lucy's mind blanked as her tattoo was drawn, and she was so deep in thought she failed to notice Alice had finished with her. Nor did Lucy notice when Alice had to force Kate to stop masturbating for long enough to do the last one. By the time Lucy's mind came out of the fog, Alice had packed away her henna supplies and was at the door. "Any questions before I go and you three start your shift?" Alice asked the trio of naked girls, and it was at this time that Lucy noticed that Alice had all several sets of clothing, all of the diner aprons, and a number of keychains piled into the box she had put the henna suplies into when she was done, and she was carrying it out to her car with her as she left.
