Alice is waiting for them

Before they even pull into the parking lot, the girls know Alice is already there from her car parked right next to Lucy's. Hesitating for only a minute, Lucy and Kate head inside. Alice is waiting for them just inside the door which an unsettling look on her face.

"Well," Alice begins coldly, "if it isn't the streakers?" Lucy and Kate laughed nervously as they attempted to make their way into the back to get their aprons and start the morning prep work, but Alice held her arm out to stop them. "Not so fast," she said with a very commanding voice, "I believe we need to talk about yesterday."

"What about yesterday?" Kate asked without thinking.

Alice looked dangerous. "I can't stop you from working without clothes on, nor is there anything I can do about you going home naked while the laws for public nudity are suspended, but I do know that you are not," Alice added a large emphasis on that word, "allowed to engage in sexual activity here, especially not where a customer can see you!"

Lucy and Kate exchanged worried looks, Lucy was certain Alice was going to find a way to fire them both for what they did yesterday, "We didn't..." Lucy began but was cut off quickly.

"I don't want to hear it," Alice said sharply, "Unfortunately my hands are tied with this one." Just at this moment, Steph came in followed by Cassy, much to Lucy's surprise. Alice, however, seemed to have been expecting her. "Good, everyone is here now so we can really begin. Lucy and Kate, As punishment for your inappropriate behavior yesterday, all wait staff will have to work naked for the rest of the month. As soon as you are inside the building, I expect your any clothing not needed for your job to be removed!" Lucy wanted to protest but figured it would be unwise. Kate looked like she was somewhere between excitement and disappointment. Lucy found it strange for her to refer to the wait staff as it was just herself and Kate, but before she could think about this, Alice continued. "And Cassy," Alice continued without missing a beat, "I am told you decided to get naked here yesterday too?"

"Steph stole my," Cassy began what sounded to Lucy like a well-rehearsed story, but Alice wasn't interested in hearing anything.

"Doesn't matter what Steph did when she found you naked, you chose to remove them in the first place, and as a customer here, that is not allowed," Alice was clearing on a roll, and not going to let up until she had said her fill. Lucy was happy to see that in Cassy's haste to try to get payback on Kate, Steph, and herself, Cassy had overlooked the fact that she had admitted to being naked before Steph arrived in the note that she signed with Steph's name. "As punishment, you are required to work here part-time. This means you are held to the same rules as any other employee, which means that you will also be required to work naked."

"But.." Cassy was stuttering with panic, clearly, she didn't want to be seen without clothing any more than she already had, "you can't make me work here!"

Alice smiled, and it wasn't comforting. "You are right, I can't make you work here part-time," Alice agreed. Cassy relaxed but too soon. "However, I can prohibit you from being able to come here ever again, and since this place is privately owned, it can set its own rules. You were naked here illegally so if you refuse to work part-time, I will have no choice but to have you arrested for it." Alice had Cassy right where she wanted her. Cassy was hoping to make a name for herself after she graduated college, and getting arrested for streaking somewhere would put an end to those hopes.

"Alright," Cassy agreed, hanging her head in defeat.

Resigned to their punishment, Kate started to strip and Lucy followed somewhat reluctantly but figured between having the apron and Cassy being forced to join them after everything she did to them yesterday, it wouldn't be a bad month. "Let's go get our aprons," Kate said cheerfully, clearly far more comfortable than her co-workers with this situation as she moved to walk past Alice towards the back where the aprons were stored.
