First, a little trouble with traffic

Your pickup truck roared as it raced down the highway. Your heart beat loud in your chest, eyes wild. Air raced past your hair and gas burned in your nose.

"I am a God." You thought, the only thought racing through your head. "With this gun, I can make people do whatever I want. I can have whatever I want. I am God."

You pushed down on the pedal.

For months now you had to put up with this town. Put up with it's dumbass laws, it's dumbass excuse for culture, and it's dumbass people. You came here to work, looking to support you and yours, and instead at every turn you were pushed aside. You were called a racist for your views, and a bigot for your god-given beliefs. Well, who was the god now?

You slowed down, an instinctual fear of the police somewhere in the back of your mind. You gathered your thoughts. The Governor was holding a rally in town today. Some bitchy libtard, you'd originally planned on protesting with a few of your buddies. When that fell through, you'd gone hiking through the woods, and came upon the gun. Never one to pass up a sign from the Lord, you got into your car and you drove.

Smiling, you sped up.

The gun had explained everything to you. It felt good in your hands, and you'd be damned if you ever let go. Though you had a lot of reasons to doubt it, somehow you knew everything was true. And now, in your possession, you were going to change the world in your image.

So caught up in your own plans, you almost didn't brake when a car suddenly appeared in front of you. As it was, you rear-ended them.

The world went red, and for a moment, black, but you came to. A women, black haired, came out of the car and slowly approached you.

"You alright in there?"

You breathed in, and with it came pain- and anger.

"You bitch! Whore! Look at what you did!" Your tried to point at the car with your left arm, but a burst of pain stopped you. "Fucking Christ!"

She stepped back nervously, biting her lip.

"I'm very sorry, I didn't see you an-"

"Fuck you, you've ruined everything!" Tears sprang into your eyes as you knew it was true. Soon an ambulance would show up, and with them cops. You were bound to be arrested for speeding, and when you were the gun would be discovered. Everything was over. You stared at the women in front of you with terror and with rage. With the last of your energy you screech.

"You lesbo communist slut!"

As you shout, against years of gun-safety training, you slam the gun into your leg. Too late, you saw the flash of light.
