The sound of hooves

As you briskly walk up and down the rolling hills, you suddenly hear a large amount of hooves. Being out in the open, there is no place to hide except to fall in the grass and hope you are not spotted. You could also climb to the top of a hill, and hope to spot whatever is approaching before they spot you.
