Outside the tavern.

You decide to leave her outside the tavern, trussed up with her back to one of those poles that line the street, on display to anyone who might pass by. She'll act as an advertisement, drumming up new business, though anyone who comes inside will have to serve themselves. You'll leave her arms tied together, but you'll fix them tightly to the pole, and you'll bind her ankles as well so she can't struggle or kick up too much of a fuss.

You go and fetch some rope. It's the work of a moment to have her exactly where you want her. She has but a split second to be aware of her position, enough to start screaming, before you speed up again for some additional touches.
