Talk to the Tiger?

"Easy girl..." you gulp out as the Tiger just stays still, two feet away from you, it slowly letting out huffs of air as it's dark red eyes continue to look all over your body as if it's trying to size you up, to see if it'll just pounce you, tear your head off and eat your corpse "Easy...." you gain confidence to take a small step forward. You swallow hard as you do that, obviously still showing a ton of fear towards the Tiger.

It's mouth parts open a few inches and it lets out another low growl as you inched forward. The warm, somewhat smelly breath roars quietly before you. "It's okay..." you begin to reach your right hand out, slowly inching it closer and closer to the tiger. You don't really know what you're doing but you're planning on using your right hand to pet between the tigers eyes, or maybe just itch the top of her nose? You didn't really know but you figured it would work out okay.

"It's okay! It's okay!" you keep saying as your hand moves closer "You'll be okay. I'm here for you." you really don't know why you're telling an animal this...it's not like they can really understand you, right? 6 inches away, your hand is still slowly moving, 5...4...closer and closer 3...2...you feel the warmth from it's body now 1...

When you touch the tuft of fur between the tigers eyes you are actually quite amazed as how elegant it feels. Almost, silken on the outside but a little rougher just below the surface. "Good..good..." you whisper as you step forward again, still petting and itching the nook between her eyes. "It's alright..."

It's head lunges forward and you almost want to cower away in fear but something is holding you still, it's mouth parts open again slightly as it gets within inches of your face, just sniffing in, smelling your scent. It growls once more before backing away another few inches and cocking it's head to the side. It leans in once more, sniffing your scent.

"I bet it notices a hint of Claire in my blood...I mean, we are siblings..." you grumble to yourself.

The tiger once more lowers it's head and steps forward, nudging the top of it's head into your chest softly, almost surrendering itself to you. "Hey..." you grumble while petting the top of the tigers head "Such an amazing creature..." you continue to pet this huge monster.

You now are able to walk around the beast, looking at it's shape, it's size, it's power, the beauty of it's coat, the sleek movement of it's legs, the giant teeth and jaw ready to bite down and kill whatever is in it's path. The entire time, your hand is going through it's fur, you're still blown away by how dangerous...but how beautiful this creature really is.

It suddenly curls up down on the ground, resting down by your feet and you can't help but lean over on her, resting your body down on her stomach as she continues to breath and slightly purr away "Amazing..." you continue to mumble to yourself as you now place your head down, bringing your ear straight to the animals stomach, listening to the powerful heartbeat pumping away. The purring of the giant animal vibrating you slightly.

Ten minutes went by very quick as you continued to lean on the tiger, growing closer to it, listening to it. Lexie opens the door as the tiger's head raises, looking at the entrance, looking at the Sunrider "Wow..." she says "Looks like she likes you a lot."

"I'm guessing it has something to do with Claire and I being related...maybe it can sense that or something..." you scratch your head, having no other explanation.

"They do have an amazing sense of smell! They can smell blood from a long distance away."

"Does she have a name?"

"Well...she did, but as her new leader, feel free to call it what you want. She's yours now." Lexie begins to walk towards you, she's not afraid of the Tiger at all, although she has rode tigers plenty of times before "If you need help riding, I'll uhh...I'll have some of the better riders help you out."

"Couldn't you teach me? I know you've rode them before."

"I could..but.." she hesitates, clearly trying to think "There are better riders and ummm, you don't have much time, so it'd be best to learn from someone better."

"Is that so?"

"Umm, yeah...of course!" she smiles once more "But either way, figure out a good name for her and then we can leave if you'd like...or you can stay here longer. Either way I figured it would be quite the surprise for you."

You eventually stand up leaving the tiger's stomach and walk over to Lexie. You grab each of her hips in your hands and stare longingly into her eyes "You truly are amazing. I hope you know that." you grin at her as you lean forward, meshing your lips with hers which she happily reciprocates. Your hands reach around her hips slowly, sliding behind, wrapping themselves around her lower back. Lexie's hands reach up around your neck, pulling you in as the two of you stand there, making out in front of your brand new tiger.

"Do you want to go...or?" she eventually drops the kiss and asks you.

"If it's okay with you, I'd like to stay here. Get to know her a little better" you smile "Plus I still need to think of a good name."

"Okay, well if you need me I'll be back at the Villa. Stay as long as you want!"

You lean forward again, pecking her on the lips "Thank you, Lexie. Thank you for everything." you hug her deep, holding her for a few long seconds.
