Special Memories.

She breaks her grip from your hand which you slightly whimper at, but she turns on her side, looking your direction, you match her, turning towards her, eyes connecting, only about 6 inches apart. "My mother brought me here." she lets out as you can tell her eyes disconnect from yours "We use to come up here all the time when she got some time off from War..."

You bring your left hand out, cupping the side of Lexie's face, your thumb slowly caressing her cheek.

Her right hand reaches up, cupping your hand as well, holding you in place on her face "I remember when I was seven years old. It was the first time she brought me here. I actually..." she pauses "I almost died...I slipped. Almost plummeted to my ****...my mother at the last second was able to jump forward and grab my hand, barely pulling me to safety." her eyes roam back up to yours "She brought me around to this spot and we camped out that night. I was so scared. Heights can be so terrifying. But after seeing the stars die, I was memorized. Something about being in such a terrifying place, so high off the ground, yet seeing something so beautiful. I just wanted to keep coming back." She goes silent for a few seconds, just smiling at you "So, this is a special place for me."

"Lexie..." you start "You're mother would be so proud of you. You know that right? The woman you've become. The warrior you've become. You're amazing. I hope you know that."

The two of you stop sharing words, your thumb still slowly caressing her cheek as her hand caresses yours.

"Darien..." Lexie whispers out

"Hmm?"

"When you first came to the Syndicate...when I first saw you. I just thought you were another stupid warrior with a disgustingly attractive body." she begins which causes you to smirk "and...we had our fun. Lots of it." she inches herself closer to you, the warmth of her breath calming your face as she continues to whisper "But...after getting to know you, the things you've done. The things you've put up with. Your journey. Your sacrifices. Your drive. I..." she swallows before continuing "You're special to me."

"Lexie..."

"No." she interrupts "You saved me in Rathkin. You didn't have to, you could have just continued your journey for your sister. But instead, you came for me. I would probably be dead right now if it wasn't for you." she nudges another inch closer "So as I said...you are special to me. You really are." she smiles, bearing her teeth, her smiles glistens in the moonlight.

You slowly push yourself up with your right hand as your left hand moves to the side of Lexie to support yourself. Your positioned above her, your body still to her side but a hand to each side of her head. You just look at the woman below you, smiling back at her.

"Lexie..."

"Come here..." she interrupts with a whisper again, her lips open up slightly, tongue poking out between the teeth as her right hand reaches up behind your head, romantically pulling you down.

Your body falls on top of her as your mouths connect. As first, just lightly pecking at each other through smiles until you feel Lexie's hand behind your head start to grip a little harder. Your tongue starts to part your lips and search for entrance into Lexie's mouth. With another peck, she parts her lips as well as your tongues start to dance within each other. The warm saliva mixing within each others mouths, sharing that bond once more.
