Chapter 123 by JoeSte91 JoeSte91

What does Kurt say to Gavin?

Man plans

Standing out in the warm evening air, Gavin turned to face Kurt as the taller, blonde freshman closed the glass double doors.

"Ok, that looked really suspicious," Gavin said with a sigh. "I hope it was worth almost outing our mentorship."

"It was," Kurt insisted. "I have a plan and it requires you to go on the hike. Unfortunately, it also requires you not to give your answer to Victoria until afterwards."

Gavin's face dropped. Victoria had given him strict instructions to decide what he wanted and Kurt instead wanted the dark, haired geek to somehow convince her to give him a time extension. While Gavin accepted that Kurt had given him a bit of confidence, it wasn't like he could manipulate her that easily. Convincing her that his cock could make her feel good was one thing, convincing her to wait a bit longer to possibly be rejected was a different matter entirely.

"How exactly do you expect me to do that?" Gavin struggled to keep his voice low, feeling it raise along with his temper.

"No idea," Kurt shrugged. "Consider it a home assignment."

"You want me to stick my neck out for this plan, you could at least help," Gavin growled. "After all, it sounds like the whole thing is a no-go if I can't pull this off."

"Alright, alright, if I have to do everything..." Kurt said with an eye-roll. "But , hey, look at you not meekly going along with it. That's Kurt delivered confidence, baby."

Gavin frowned. "Think, Kurt."

"Alright, keep your glasses on," Kurt waved his anger down. "How about this: There are some caves up at the top of this trail, the ones that some of the others are going to. Tell her you want to give her your answer up there, because it'll be special. It's not exactly a lie, it is rather magical up at the caves."

Gavin tapped his chin as he thought about it. Victoria might go for it. She was romantic in that way. But it also posed another problem, although it might not be a issue depending on which side of the fence he fell on.

"Won't that imply that I want to stay with her?" Gavin asked. "And presumably, given your plan, I won't actually be going up to the caves?"

"Do you _not _want to be with her?" Kurt laughed as he watched Gavin's face flush as he was put on the spot. "You can go up to the caves if you want. I won't stop you. So long as you come on the hike at all, then I've done my part."

Gavin frowned harder, furrowing his brow as he tried to understand what Kurt was scheming. He was clearly up to something, but he was being coy about it. And as smart as Gavin was, he couldn't figure it out.

"Kurt, what exactly are you planning for this hike?" Gavin asked directly.

Kurt tapped his nose and said, "I'll tell you more on the trail tomorrow."

Looking over his shoulder towards the glass double doors as someone entered the kitchen, Kurt saw Victoria carrying dishes to the sink. His eyes took in her body as the tall blonde walked across the room. She wasn't quite as athletically toned as some of her cheerleading friends, and her tits weren't quite as big as Heather or Chloe, but Kurt definitely enjoyed looking at her curves. Of course, it had only just been last night that he'd had her sitting on that counter nake, his fingers slick with her pussy juices.

"Speak of the devil," Kurt said, glancing at Gavin to find that they were both looking at Victoria as she stood, rinsing dishes then placing them into the dishwasher. "Listen, all you need to know about the plan right now is that you need to convince Victoria not to hear your answer until tomorrow afternoon. Use the caves, don't use the caves, but you need to get it done."

"Uh, ok," Gavin accepted.

Having gotten Gavin's acceptance, Kurt turned back to the glass doors. He opened them and stepped into the kitchen, while Gavin followed behind. Victoria looked up as they entered but she didn't seem too bothered by their presence. In fact, to Gavin she seemed a little lost in thought.

"Didn't you make dinner?" Kurt asked. "Shouldn't someone else be cleaning up?"

"You offering?" Victoria teased with an arched eyebrow.

"No, but Gavin'll help." Kurt said, disappearing before he could actually be roped in, and leaving Gavin alone with his sort of still girlfriend.

He stood behind her, his mouth open. He wasn't sure what to say or how to say it. Normally, in this situation, he'd have kept his mouth shut and said nothing and went along with what Victoria wanted. But, he'd vowed to himself to become more confident and decisive for whoever he ended up with. That meant he couldn't back down from this just because it was going to be awkward and tough.

With a deep breath, he braced himself for the difficult conversation ahead and cleared his throat to speak.

What does Gavin say?
