Chapter 56
What Now?
Gavin And Victoria's Date Hits A Wall
Victoria found herself wanting to live out a fantasy she had for so long, to walk on the beach with her boyfriend at night. She felt a little foolish, seeing as she was walking around a lake and Gavin wasn't exactly her boyfriend. Still, the romantic setting fit too well to ignore. She proposed the idea to Gavin towards the edge of lunch, seeing as it was nearly sunset already and very clear outside. Of course, Gavin agreed immediately, not that she doubted him in the slightest.
She walked out of the cabin while Gavin set up his laptop for the Zack and Chloe, she had a pleased smile on her face while she made her way down to the water, slowly walking just at the shore, letting the water lap at her bare feet. The sunlight slowly disappeared and soon the dim moonlight shined down on her, she stopped at the water and took in a slow breath, enjoying the scent of nature. It was at this point that she heard some footsteps behind her, she turned her head, and instantly her smile grew larger, seeing Gavin approach her. "Hey, you made it." She warmly said,
"Yeah, sorry about it taking a bit. I had to hook up the laptop alone this time since Brandon was making popcorn." Gavin explained before sighing and looking out at the water, "Kinda dark; you still want to take a walk?"
Victoria's face turned a little red, and she looked away in some embarrassment, "Yes, I do...can I tell you a secret?" She whispered out,
Gavin cocked his head, a little confused at her sudden shyness, "Um, sure Vicky."
"I've kinda wanted to do something like this since I was a little girl." She said while letting out a breathy laugh to herself, "Walking by the water at night with my boyfriend, kinda lame right?" Gavin silently reached down and started to untie his shoes, "What are you doing?"
"Well, I'm taking my shoes off, then I'm going to roll my pants up." Gavin simply replied, "If this is your fantasy Vicky, then I'll do whatever you need me to."
Victoria looked at him for a moment, blinking as her eyes almost welled up. She suddenly ran forward, throwing her arms around him. She buried her face in his chest while Gavin let out a little chuckle before wrapping his arms back around hers, "You're the best Gavin, thank you, thank you, thank you." She quickly said while squeezing him tight,
"It's fine Vicky; if you're happy, then I'm happy that simple," Gavin replied while kicking off his shoes as Victoria slowly backed away from him. Gavin reached down, rolled up his jeans before standing straight back up, "Now, shall we?" He asked holding out his hand, Victoria let out a little sniff and wiped her eyes quickly, "You okay?" Gavin asked tenderly,
"Yeah," Victoria replied, sounding truely touched, "I don't know why I'm getting like this!" She exclaimed with a quick laugh, "I-You're just great Gavin, I really love spending time with you."
"Me too." Gavin agreed as he took hold of her hand and started to walk along the waterline.
The two were silent as they walked just enjoying each other company. As they got further away from the house, Victoria leaned her head on Gavin's shoulder, "Hey, is it just me or are the others acting weird at the cabin?" She softly asked,
"Weird?" Gavin asked with slight confusion, "How do you mean?"
"Well, it's not everyone..." Victoria replied while thinking it over, "I mean Zack and Chloe are very open and happy. It's Ashley and Brandon; they are acting weird."
"Really? I haven't noticed anything." Gavin replied, now growing interested in what Vicky was picking up on,
"I don't know, maybe it's nothing, but when we first got here, they could barely keep their hands off each other. Then these last few days...I don't think I've even seen them share one kiss, and Ashley's constantly getting away from him," Victoria replied before shaking her head, "That's why I've kinda steered clear of relationships in my life so far, I couldn't handle things going wrong." She added on while glancing up at Gavin,
"That's actually kinda nice to hear," Gavin thoughtfully replied,
"Yeah?" She said, her smile returning,
Gavin nodded, "You aren't looking for some short-lived thing, and you value trust, that's honestly amazing."
Victoria couldn't help but feel pride from Gavin's words. In the past, she sometimes thought that maybe she was being too picky or perhaps even a little prude but the way Gavin put it made her feel reassured in her own decisions, "You know, you always seem to know just what to say to me." She warmly murmured to him,
Gavin's cheeks turned slightly pink, "I just...I just say what I honestly think." Gavin replied with a small shrug,
"Hmm, well please, keep doing that. You always make me feel better." Victoria quickly replied with a smile,
"You've actually felt bad, recently?" Gavin asked in concerned surprise,
"Oh, no!" Victoria quickly exclaimed, "No, no, no, Gavin I've been fine." She assured him while squeezing his hand tighter, "I just meant, whenever I bring something up to you, you always say something that relaxes or calms me down. Like just now, you reminded me that just because I haven't had a serious relationship before doesn't make me some stuck-up girl."
"You're not stuck up; you're perfect." Gavin replied as they began to walk out onto the dock, "And you know what, this was a great idea too. I really love this." He tacked on while looking up at the night sky, admiring the stars,
"Right, isn't it beautiful?" Victoria agreed while looking up at the sky as well, "So...romantic."
Gavin looked down at her while Victoria looked back up at him, in a smooth motion the pair pressed their lips against one another. Gavin turned his body to face hers while Victoria wrapped her arms around him. As always Victoria didn't plan on things turning this way, but like before it just felt right, her hands slightly squeezed his waist before she broke off the kiss, "Mmh, is it bad that I want you right now?" She whispered out while nibbling her bottom lip,
"Not unless it's bad that I want you too." Gavin breathed back, each time Victoria and him got like this the more confidence he felt. Using his bold feelings, he carefully knelt down, pulling on Victoria's arms. She lowered with him, and he laid her down on the dock before leaning over and pressing his lips back against hers. Victoria let out a deep exhale through her nose as she returned his kiss fully, her hand moving up and dancing through his hair.
"You know," Victoria murmured out as their kiss broke, "Being taken by moonlight sounds perfect...I think that's part of my fantasy now." She explained with a growing smile,
"Well, I did promise to help you with whatever you needed me to do for your fantasy," Gavin replied sharing a smile.
Gavin pressed his lips back against hers before moving them to her neck; this caused Victoria to let out an intensely pleasured sigh. Gavin's right hand slowly slide up her blouse, sliding up her smooth stomach before resting on her breast. Victoria's hands moved down Gavin's body before gripping his dick through his jeans, it continued to amaze her, feeling just how hard he got. Just as she began to push her hand past his pants, Gavin abruptly pulled away from her.
Victoria quickly sat up, a confused look on her face, "What's wrong?"
Gavin let out a profoundly annoyed sigh, "I don't...I didn't bring a condom with me."
"Oh," Victoria whispered back, she knew he was frustrated, far more than she was at this moment, "Do you want to just-we could just go back to our room."
Gavin began to rub his eyes slowly, "If we did all I would think about is the others...Zack told me that he and Chloe heard us last time." He replied nearly bitter,
"Ugh...they did?" Victoria replied becoming deeply embarrassed, "That's so...that makes me uncomfortable."
"God, I'm sorry Vicky, I should have remembered to keep one on me." Gavin apologized, feeling even more upset in the possibility of disappointing her,
"No it's okay, it's not your fault." Victoria quickly said, "It's not like we knew this was going to happen."
"Right," Gavin replied with a feeble laugh,
"Gavin, it's okay, really." She said while putting her hand on his shoulder, "I'm glad that you stopped us before we kept going," Victoria wholeheartedly added on, "We need to be safe,"
"Yeah, I know..." Gavin agreed weakly.
Victoria knew Gavin hated that fact, hell she hated it too, but they both knew it was for the best. They were new to this and eventually having sex with protection would be normal, they just had to try and forget how it felt without any first. Victoria took in a slow breath before leaning forward and giving Gavin a deep kiss, "You just want to head back inside, lay down?"
"No," Gavin replied with a little smirk to her, "Let's keep walking, much quieter out here." Victoria smiled and nodded her head in agreement as Gavin stood up and helped her back to her feet. The two took each other's hand and began to walk off the dock back towards the water line.
