Aftermath

Ash held Pikachu until he finally settled down, while Hypno looked on catching his breath. Hypno didn't know what sparked the battle, but he couldn't help being impressed by the little pokemon. The Pikachu was very strong, much stronger than he was, and he found himself admiring the small electric pokemon. Hypno always wanted to be a great battler, that's why he went off alone in the first place. Ashley would never let him fight because of his leg, but he knew that could do it if they started training like she had obviously been training Pikachu.

"Why did you attack Hypno?" Ash asked while mud dripped off his nose. Pikachu tried to explain that he saw Hypno doing something to him, but Hypno cut in that he was just trying to help her. Pikachu and Hypno kept going back and forth, talking over each other, leaving Ash with a garbled mess of noise.

"That's enough!" Ash shouted, silencing the two of them. "I know its been awhile since Hypno has been with us but he is back now. He is part of our group so I don't want to see anymore of this fighting, understand?" Pikachu grumbled a **** agreement, glaring at Hypno. Pikachu didn't know what was going on but he wasn't going to forget about this either. Until he knows what to do, he'll have to keep an eye on Hypno.

"Is everything alright?" Brock asked, jogging over to them after exciting the woods. Brock looked over the muddy trio, "I thought I heard a battle."

"Yea, but that's taken care of now." Ash spat out, placing a hand on his cocked hip. "You ready? Apparently, we need to hit a bathhouse or something." It was then that Ash noticed something in the mud. Daintily picking it up, it was revealed to be a pair of his jeans that were in his bag. Looking around, he saw more articles of clothing strewn about. He took off his backpack and was annoyed to find it empty, with a big hole in it.

"Ugh, and now all of my clothes need to be washed." Ash huffed trying to gather everything up.
