"I have to thank you Naruto." Said Tsunade. "This examination has given me the perfect idea on how to handle this problem."

Naruto didn't dare move for fear of the summoning circle. Before Tsunade could speak again, a female Anbu Kunoichi appeared.

"Did you complete your mission?" Said Tsunade, as she looked at the Anbu Kunoichi.

"Yes, my lady." Said the Anbu

The Anbu then pulled out a scroll and used a summoning jutsu. A puff of smoke was seen before giving way to a pile of clothes. Naruto's clothes. All of them.

"What are you doing with those?!" Screamed Naruto.

"Here is my official decree to save the Leaf village from this disaster!" Said Tsunade as she addressed the crowd. "Every male villager will be tested like Naruto here was, and those that fail will no longer be allowed to reproduce. Unfortunately, it's very easy for the male villagers to hide this problem from the world, so from now on, anyone that tests positive for the deleterious gene will no longer be allowed to wear clothes and will have all clothes in their possession destroyed. This starts with Naruto!"

The Kunoichi all started laughing and pointing again at the thought of Naruto having to be permanently naked.

"NOOOOO!" Screamed Naruto.

"Shizune, bind Naruto again so he doesn't do anything stupid." Said Tsunade.

Shizune came up behind Naruto and started binding his arms behind his back. Naruto wanted to break away, but he knew about the jutsu that threatened to teleport him to the middle of the village. His heart started racing, as he knew he was running out of time before his life somehow would get even worse.

Tsunade made the signs for the the fireball jutsu before blowing towards the pile of clothes, setting them ablaze. The Kunoichi cheered at the sight.

"STOP!" Screamed Naruto, as he broke free from Shizune and ran to his burning clothes. Tsunade sighed as a puff of smoke engulfed the boy. The Kuinoichi all shared one last laugh together, as they knew that Naruto was in for some more humiliation.

The smoke cleared around Naruto's face as he realized he was in the middle of the packed market plaza, stark naked. The crowd slowly started turning towards the butt naked boy and began laughing at his baby penis. Naruto tried to cover up, but realized that Shizune had finished binding his hands before the summoning jutsu took him here.
