Adventures with Penelope

(Unlike the other 'Adventures with...' chapters we will lose Jesse as our main character for these ones. These adventures will follow Penny from a third person POV. Just a reminder these chapters take place not in the present day but in the near future.)

Penny turned on to the highway. Flicking on auto-drive she pushes the seat all the way back, tilts it down, and stretches out. She stares up at the roof of the car. She runs her fingers through her thick blonde hair and rests her hand behind her head.

This trip home had been an incredible educational experience. Despite the bruised feelings all around coming home for a surprise visit was probably the best decision she had ever made. Penny could just sense that one night of passion with her parents would be one of the great turning points of her whole life. Eventually her parents would forgive her...she hoped. Lying there, the sound of smoothly flowing highway traffic around her, she goes over just a few of the things she had learned about herself the previous night.

First and foremost, sex was awesome and she was good at it. Her competitive nature compelled her to pursue this, to become the best at it, whatever that meant. Was there competitive sex? Due to the family condition she couldn't compete in any normal sports despite desperately wanting to, maybe this was something she could work at. Finally and most importantly, Auntie Fiona. Penny takes a sharp intake of breath through her nose and slowly releases it through her mouth, trying to tamp down the rising anger within her. There was a reckoning coming and Penelope would be the steel sword of justice. But not yet. She wanted to think about it some more.

As she lies there she notices a big rig to her left. There was a grubby looking dude in a stained ball cap leering at her from the passenger seat. He mouths the words 'Show me your tits', she saw he was missing one of his front teeth. She flips him the bird then flicks on the window tint. The interior of the vehicle darkens significantly. She watches as he laughs then turn to talk to the driver.

She lets out a sigh and looks at the clock, two more hours till she was back at university. Two more hours until the world met the new and improved Penelope Bates. Look out world...here comes Penny!
