The video game exhibit

As much as David was enjoying the sights in the main hall he was a gamer at heart, and wanted to see what was happening in the large hall where all the gaming related things were happening. So after taking a meandering walk towards the hall, which did involve a slight detour to stare hungrily at a Sailor Jupiter cosplayer riding an escalator with a skirt so short that it would be a push to call it a belt, he made it to where he usually wound up at most conventions. A hall filled with demos for new games and a section for retro gaming. Of course the main difference this time was that the hall was filled with dozens of beautiful women in skimpy outfits.

It was strange to David how little of a fuss everyone was making about the whole thing. Yes most of the cosplayers where surrounded by men who were staring and groping them, but no one else seemed to care that it was going on. He supposed that was the power of an old rule. It was as it always had been, so really he was the odd one out. The one unfortunate thing was that nearly every cosplayer was outnumbered ten to one by guys around her. He may need to think about how to resolve that in future but all that thought was put aside as he spotted on woman by herself playing in the retro game section.

While she was currently playing Streetfighter II by herself David couldn't imagine why she wasn't surrounded. Maybe he was just lucky.
