Cosplayers aim to be slutty rather than accurate

David heads towards the convention hall. Already enjoying the sights on offer. He was trying not to stare at all the skin and curves on display in the line as the hall began to open up. In fact, he realised that with a new rule, or maybe an old rule, that staring wouldn't be a problem.

"Old Rule: Women at this convention don't mind being stared at. In fact they love the attention."

Then immediately set about testing the new rule. Wasting no time in staring right into the ample cleavage of the busty Tsunade cosplayer standing beside him in the line. Forgetting himself for a moment as he ogled her chest.

When he finally realised what he was doing he brought his head up quickly and saw that the cosplayer was looking right at him. It wasn't the first time he had been caught in the act of perving but rather than the usual look of disgust he found only a sultry smile. Nothing more was said than a wink before he was ushered into the main hall of the convention and the full scale of the convention hit David. A wide smile on his face as he stared at every ass and pair of tits that he wanted. It didn't take him long to see that most of the other men where indulging in the same luxury.

After a good hour of walking around and perving on whoever he wanted David couldn't help but wonder what other fantasies he could indulge with his new rulebook. Then, as his pencil left the paper he watched the world change around him. Skirts became shorter. Spandex became tighter. Tops became more low cut. Every woman went from a superhero or anime character to the porno version of said character. Giggles and winks leaving all the cosplayers as they flirt shamelessly with the men ogling them.
