The siren intervenes.

Seeing an opportunity, the siren tries to pull away from the minotaur. The beast in turn seems to panick and tighten his hold her more, but the siren quickly reassured him.

"Don't worry, just remain in this pool. Even without me, it's purification should last a little while longer" she explains, her voice frantic, knowing that she must not delay.

Snorting, the minotaur loosens his grip, allowing the water girl to break free. It may be risky and bad for his companions, but he found it would be harder to continue to try to restrain her when she's his benefactor giving him temporary freedom.

Stepping out of her pool, water dripped around the girl but it all seems to be absorbed by her feet, solidifying further as she touches the ground fully and as a result, gains a normal fleshy hue that matches her upper body. She quickly hurries to stop Nathraena from killing the lizard man.

The drow, seeing the water girl rush after her, clicks her tongue and doesn't wait any longer. Internally, she reprimands herself for allowing a moment of life for this reptile who could easily sacrifice himself to call upon his brotheren.

Just as she pushes the dagger forward towards his neck which didn't have the same protection of scales around him, the siren grunts and moves faster and with her hand, calls forward water from her very being to push the drow away.

Unsuspecting of the amount of water she could draw forth from the siren's body, she pays no heed to her, feeling that she's way too naive, something that would end up getting you and her killed.
