Back on screen, the doctor had come back with a long and rather painful looking needle. That helped to ease Sarah's burning need. The rest of this had been hot, but needles were just squick.

#4566 winced as it went into her arm, but otherwise didn't react to strongly. Sarah's mind raced. Was this some kind of ****? What were they up to exactly?

"Fertility treatment is still a field of research in its infancy." Explained the handsome but stern looking guard into the camera. "But, the cocktail we've developed here sure is something. The docs say that the formula helps the ****'s insides keep sperm alive for longer, and extend her period of heat for a few days. Only modest gains, but you would not believe the effect it has on rates of impregnation. Our number guys say it increases monthly chance of impregnation by 30%."

Sarah's mouth hung in shock. Whatever cool down effect the needle had was instantly lost twice over. They could...they could do that? She ground herself down against her chair at the mere thought of it. Body altered to be an even more efficient breeder...
