Mod the MEKA, Joy plans mischief.

After a lot of internal struggle, Lynn thought about how far she and the BB Brigade had come to compete at the top level of the contest. Failure was not an option. With a deep breath, Lynn finally said "Alright... I'll go with half the suit. Mod the MEKA."

"Are you sure? If I cut the suit, that's a point of no return." Joy said, holding some scissors to the waistline of the suit.

"I'm sure," Lynn said, adjusting her arms to hold the towel to make sure it was still in place. She wanted to get the top half of that suit on as soon as she could.

"Okay then," Joy nodded, and began to cut into the material, separating the lower half from the top. Just hearing the sound of the blades scraping against each other, carving through the suit was making Lynn shiver. That outfit wasn't on her body, and it still felt like she was losing cover.

When Joy finished, she held up the top half the suit. "Alright, I gotta wire this directly to the MEKA now. You can wait in here if you want," Joy said.

Lynn nodded, and silently leaned against a wall of the cosplay repair room. The cold wooden side made contact with Lynn's bare shoulders, sending a shiver through the naked girl, reminding her of how little she had on. A thought crossed her mind. With the suit attached to the MEKA, she wouldn't be able to suit up in privacy. She'd have to drop the towel out in the open when the time came.

Meanwhile, Joy made her way to the MEKA, with Lynn's cosplay in one hand, and a toolbox in the other. Terri was standing by the MEKA, looking it over, and noticed Joy approaching.

"Does this light mean it's charged all the way?" Terri said, pointing to a meter near the power cord.

"Yep! This is good. The MEKA's going to have to share it's power with Lynn's suit." Joy explained, as she opened the hatch of the MEKA. Just before Joy began to go inside, she noticed a slight shine to the inner cushion of the robot. She ran a finger over the moisture, brought it to her nose, and gave it a sniff.

She giggled, with an idea popping in her head. "Hey Terri, this might take a while. Why don't you go keep Lynn company?"

"Sure thing, love!" Terri nodded, and ran off.

Joy then reached into her toolbox. "Heh heh, looks like it got a little hot in here. I don't think Lynn will mind a slight tweak to her seat... ah ha! This will work!"
