Itachi

Itachi had been assigned by Fugaku to teach John how to become an Effective Member of the Leaf Police ****, Like Itachi though John opposed the Clan's planned Coup'd'etat and decided that at Sunset John would use Kotoamatsukami on the Clan to **** them to stop this line of thought of "their own" accord. Leading up to it though Itachi had been training John preetty hard and when they knew all the conspirators were in the compound that was when John struck. He used Kotoamatsukami to make the Clan believe that they had given up on their Planned Coup'd'etat voluntarily.

And thus the Clan's Loss was averted, and they could remain an integral part of the Leaf. But John took things a Step further, he wanted the Clan to be more transparent so he subtly influenced it so that Fugaku would confess what his Clan had been planning to the Leaf Higher Ups and so on. This would boost the Village's trust in the Uchiha.

The Clan had been More closely observed and the Uchiha Took it in stride, they were completely unaware that John hhad manipulated them. And today His Training was over and he was promoted to Lieutenant, now it was his job, to recruit a Team of Shinobi, no not just Shinobi, But Specialists as well as Normal Shinobi. The possibly best part was that he now got his own Office, on top of his own team.

Speaking of which John was reviewing the Villages Shinobi Files, to see if any were potentially Good candidates for his Team, and a Few did stick out. It seemed that Ino and Sakura had been split up and assigned to new teams after he left, but he read their Current Phsyc Profiles and could tell they weren't a good fit for their new Teams. As he looked through the rest of the Names he'd Flagged he considered each ones Skills and Weaknesses. He had Nine people flagged as candidates in all, aside from Ino and Sakura they consisted of His Cousin Sasuke, Neji Hyūga, Kiba Inuzuka, Hinata Hyūga, Shino Aburame, Tenten, and Izumi Uchiha. He knew that Ino and Sakura would probably be hard to convince, since he left their team, but Sasuke, Shino, Tenten and Neji would probably agree without much Convincing, the rest may need some convincing. He decided that he wanted to speak to Ino First. He owed her that much.
