Go after her to apologize

You're not really looking forward to the prospect of Anastasia breaking your nose, so you decide your best bet is to chase after her and make up with her. Which, sadly, might end up involving actual makeup. You leave your room and see her walking briskly down the hall. Closing the door behind you, you chase after her. "Wait!"

"I wanted to, uh, apologize. Just because I care about more than stupid stuff like makeup, and boys, and dressing like a slut doesn't mean everyone has to. Friends?"

Anastasia stared at her, almost too shocked to be furious. "Why the hell would you chase after me just to say that?!"

"You looked through my-" she started, and then closed her eyes to calm down. When she opened them again, she was smiling. "Right, how about you just head back to the room? It's all water under the bridge."

"Okay!" Eliza headed back to her room, happy to know that she had completely defused the situation.
