Strategizing

"Okay Rider, what would you like help with?" You ask. "Forgive me Shirou, that was a ruse. I know where everything in this house is. We need to talk about our strategy for this war." Rider says. You put a serious face on and nod. "Right. What do you suggest?" You ask. "Allow me to fortify your home with a ward to notify me for trespassers. It will also deter casual people from coming near, keeping away from possible harm." You nod. "That sounds like a great idea. Go ahead Rider." She nods and stands up. "Please put on some tea, I shall be back before it boils."

You head to the kitchen and hear a *whoosh* You turn your head and Rider's already taken off. You fill the kettle and set it on the stove, preparing the cups and tea leaves. Another *whoosh* , and Rider's already back at the table. You sit at the table with her as the tea pot heats up. "Wow, that was quick, did you need help?" You ask. She looks over at you, "No, I am already done. Speed is one of my best abilities."

"Wow, you're great Rider!" You say. "Thanks, Master. Now about the war.." Rider starts. You put a serious face on as you fetch the tea, bringing it and teacups to the table. You pour the tea as Rider continues, "While speed is my best ability, Physical combat with some of the other servants would be unwise. It'd honestly be better if I went after their masters.." You interrupt Rider, "No way. I don't want to hurt anyone I'd I don't have to." "Noble of you, Master. But foolish. A stronger servant like Berserker or Saber would easily overpower me. I think it would be wise to try and find a strong ally to defeat them."

"Yeah.. Rin's already said she doesn't want to be our ally so we should try to find someone else. Problem is we don't know who any other Masters are. Rider, can you look around with your speed to see if you can find other Masters and servants? Don't fight them, stay out of sight. Just see who we're up against."

Rider nods and drinks her tea. "A wise move. We must speak now about how to sustain my need for prana. As Rin said you are not a Magus and are against my using one of my Noble Phantasms to get more. But I have detected traces of magic inside your shed." You get embarrassed and **** up. You've told nobody about what your shed is secretly for. Not even Sakura, she thinks it is just storage.

"How.." You ask. "I detected traces of magic. Please, tell me." Rider persists. You sigh. "It'd be easier to show you." You stand up, "Follow me." You begin walking out to the shed with Rider in tow.
