to talk to him about the Chunin exam

John saw that Kakashi and the rest of team seven were standing on a bridge waiting for him. John decided to sneak up on Ino and Sakura. when John was behind the girls. Kakashi started talking "ok let's get started". But Kakashi John isn't here yet" ino said. John stepped behind Ino on leaned his head near her left ear and said. "you need to pay closer attention to your surroundings Ino. I've been behind you and Sakura for the last thirty seconds" Ino hearing John voice jumped around and gave him a hug "John I've missed you." she said as she hugged him tighter. "I've missed you too Ino" John said as he hugged her back

"Ok now back to why you three are here you three should know that the Chunin Exams are coming up and I want you three to participate in it," Kakashi said "But Kakashi, myself and Ino have done an A-Rank mission, while John hasn't done a mission yet. So how can he be in the exam?" asked Sakura. "Because he did an S-Rank mission with his cousin Itachi the other day, while you two were taking my test. Do you three want to be a part of the exam?" asked Kakashi.

John saw Itachi standing far behind Kakashi waving him over before he ran off "Yes Kakashi I want to be in the exam" John said as he let go of Ino who was looking at him. "Sorry Ino something came up, I have to leave." John added before running after Itachi. "The test starts tomorrow so get some rest." Kakashi yells behind him.

John caught up to Itachi, who was now running full speed. "What's going on Itachi?" John asked. "Shisui wants to talk to us and it's urgent."

{at the Naka River)

Shisui is looking over the cliff "It looks like we can't prevent the Uchiha's revolt. and if civil war erupts in the leaf. the other villages will invade for sure. true war will break out. when I tried to stop all this Danzo took my right eye" Shisui said turning to Itachi and John. "that man doesn't trust me at all he intends to secure the village his way. no matter what it takes and how it looks. I suspect he'll come for my left eye so I'll give it to you before he has a chance." He says as he takes his left eye out "You two are the only ones I can count on to protect the village and the Uchiha Fwmily name." Shisui said holding out his eye. Itachi summons a crow to take the eye. both the crow and eye disappear.

When the crow and eye are gone. Shisui walks back to the cliff. once he is at the edge he falls backward. Both Itachi and John both run to grab Shisui, but neither of them can reach him. Both yell out Shisui's name as he falls, but as they see Shisui falling both of them awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan.

It took John and Itachi both fifteen minutes until they could move or speak "you should go home and rest John you begin the exam tomorrow and take Shisuis eye" Itachi said as he stood up then summoning the crow back "but about telling the Hokage what happened. and don't you want the eye" John asked as he stood up. "don't worry about it I'll tell him everything that happened. and no I think you should have it. now get going" Itachi said as he pushed John. as John took the eye
