Thinking it through carefully to make sure you make no mistakes with this, you close your eyes and concentrate. An invisible wave of energy emanates from you and blasts through the walls of the coffee shop, not damaging them but passing harmlessly through them and everyone there.

There now all the animals in the world are anthro versions, they will be able to converse with humans in any known language (after they learn the language) but will still make the normal animal noises when they want too.
