Pass out and wake up in a strange room

You could feel your consciousness slipping away, the dull throbbing of the music still playing in your head like some broken record. The delightful sound was fading away deep into your subconscious until the very moment you were no longer aware of your surroundings, settling into a heavy slumber.

The next time you open your eyes, you were welcomed with a moldy scent in the air. Your nose wrinkled as you slowly push yourself up from what seemed like an old mattress on the floor. The first thing you saw was the iron bars in front of a closed window on the other side of the room. Outside was the sunshine of a new day but you cannot see what was outside the muck covered glass. Whirling your head around to check your surroundings, you find that you were now in some kind of small room with no furniture save for the thick mattress you woke up on. The walls were old and peeling. Overhead was an equally ancient ceiling lamp that illuminated whatever shadows were left over from the light streaking into the room. Looking down, you found that you were stripped completely naked, somewhat icky in the texture of your skin. For a second, you felt the most intense feelings of dread in your life. You could not remember what happened last night. If you had woken up in your hotel room like this, you probably would not be so worried, but in a place like this? The thought of having been taken advantage of sank you deep in fear and paranoia. You feel yourself begin to tremble, trying to collect your thoughts from the panic with limited success. It took you a few minutes of sobbing and crying to figure out that it was a very good idea to find some means of escape. The open door in the room caught your attention and you carefully and quietly make your way towards it, hands covering whatever dignity you had left.

Peering outside, you could see a long corridor with other doors that stretch out for a long way on both sides before it seemed to turn into T junctions and stairwells. You immediately aim to get to one of those, wary of all the other doors that might open to reveal some manner of danger. Shuffling along in some random direction, you make for a stairwell to climb down a couple of floors.
