Aaralon explains that he's up to the challenge.

"I'm certainly able to fend for myself outside the College," Aaralon began to explain. "I am confident that I'll be able to find and rescue the girl. Finding her will be easy enough as I mastered numerous Find People spells and I believe Gnolls will succumb to my magic too. I simply need to ensure that they do not muster against me in great numbers".

Grand Magus Sareth simply stated, "Go on."

Aaralon had reason to pause. Surely he had given reason enough. Then the penny dropped; he had explained that he could do it, now he had to explain why he should do it.

"This mission, if we can call it that," continued the young wizard, "... will be good for my studies. It will also show the newer students what they can achieve if they study hard. Further more, it reflects very well on the College if a mere student is able to deal with this crisis. It will help invoke a great deal of authority for the College."
