Getting to the clinic

In the shower, you wipe away some tears as you think about the bus driver that you couldn't save. You knew that there was nothing you could have done unless you had been there when the accident happened, but you still feel bad about it.

You put on a nice suit and it's almost time for your fake appointment, so you teleport downtown and hail a cab to the clinic. On the way, you see a flower shop and get the driver to stop and you hop out to buy a bouquet of red roses.

You get back into the cab and head to the clinic. Since it's almost closing time, the clinic is empty when you arrive and the only person you see when you walk in is the receptionist you had spoken to earlier. Her name tag says 'Tina.'

She smiles when you approach her desk. "Good afternoon sir. Do you have an appointment? Is your child with you?"

"Uh..."
