Go away and come back

"Uh..." you stutter, stalling for time to make up an excuse. You notice a young blonde girl sitting by herself in the waiting area, and realize that the receptionist is not going to let you by without a child accompanying you. "His mother is dropping him off. Let me go see where they are. I'll be right back."

The receptionist nods as you quickly turn around and walk out of the clinic. At first, the thought of finding some random child to pose as your child crosses your mind, but when you think about what you'd have to do, including having to use mind control on a child, you decide that there are some lines you won't cross. So, instead, once you're out of sight of the receptionist and you make sure that nobody can see you, you activate your invisibility ring.

You head back to the clinic. The receptionist is looking down at some documents and doesn't see the glass door open as you enter invisibly, though the girl in the waiting area does. She looks puzzled, but probably can't figure out what she just saw. However, she seems to be getting impatient as she plays with her hair and calls out to the receptionist.

"How long do I have to wait??" the girl whines.

The receptionist looks up and, strangely, her face is red as she responds. "Shouldn't be long, dear. Your daddy's just talking to Doctor Barnet and getting your prescription. Here, have a coloring book and some crayons," the receptionist says as she hands the girl the items to occupy her. Next, the receptionist looks to the back of the clinic where the exam rooms are, then at her watch, before she shakes her head slightly and returns to her desk.

Careful not to make too much sound, you walk pass the receptionist, through the waiting area where you see the girl coloring a dog purple, and back to the exam rooms to find Robin.
