Try using their powers on each other

Sarah thought that maybe the reason that nobody else can get their powers to work, is that they couldn't be activated without a target. "Rebecca, why don't you try using your power on Dana?" she asked. Rebecca focused on Dana, even holding her hand, and did her best, but still, nothing happened. "Okay, now Dana, you try on Rebecca." Dana concentrated, and extended her hand, touching Rebecca's shoulder, and then flinching back. She tried again, and nodded. Then she pinched Rebecca, and they both winced.

"I think we're sharing senses." Dana said, stepping back.

Sarah nodded, "Nice. Now, Erica, you try on Rebecca." Maybe there was a little time for ****, she decided. Erica reached out, and when she touched her, she felt some energy transfer into Rebecca. She didn't know what it did though. Rebecca, meanwhile, found that her arousal, which had quickly vanished from the strange turn of events, suddenly returned.

Erica considered trying again, putting more energy into it this time to see if the effect was more noticeable.
