You sneak behind George and Adam, followed by Kelly who is focused on Daphne. She has put some chloroform in a piece of cloth and holds it ready.

All three of them are still totally focused on fucking the girls, so they have no idea you just got freed. You decide to go for Adam first, as he is the stronger of the two.
