Kyra arrives

you are lounging atop one of the low walls surrounding the run-down mansion when you spot, illuminated by the wan light of dusk, a lone rider coming down the dirt road.

As a precaution, you press yourself down against the stones of the wall, it's small crenelations hiding you mostly from view.

You stay like that until you can clearly make out the features of the approaching rider. It's Kyra.

She wears a well-fitted breastplate, with little armor for her arms, and a pair of tight-fitting leather breeches. she wears armored boots, and carries a light, long blade on her hip.
