"Easy, place your hands on your head and no sudden movements." I state and proceed to do so myself. This might sound like Cowardice, but it is not so, for I have immediately noticed one important thing about our opponents, for all that they are inhumanly pale and bear glowing tattoos, they are otherwise human, and one of them bears the Daisho of a Samurai...
"Samurai wa, anata ga sono shukun ni kotaerunshi, anata no bijinesu wa hanshu Fujiwara Tetsuo no ryōiki de nandesuka?" The Samurai among them says placing her hand on the hilt of her Katana.
"Mata, anata to gaijin wa daredesu ka?" One of the others asks.
"What are they saying?" Jane-chan asks, but I don't respond to her just yet.
"Muchina gaijin o yurushite, watashi wa dono yō ni ningendearu koto wa mada no yō ni hanaseru yō ni kanojo o oshieru koto ga dekite imasen. Anata wa jimoto no torēdā no shita o hanasu nodesu ka?" I query in the language of Nipon, then continue in the form we can all speak, so I hope. "This one, I mean? This is the Language she and I share."
"Dakara, watashi wa anata ga bugai-sha no izureka ga anata no fuku to ippantekina gaikan o kōryo no yō ni hanasu koto ni odoroite wa naranai koto dakedenaku, sorera no yōna monodesu. "Chottomatte, anata wa mada watashitachi no shitsumon ni kotaete imasen!" She states and I bow slightly.
"Sen onsha wa watashinonamaeha yūtopia no nimo de, hogo-sha o hyōshō, koreha jēn-chandeari, kokode wa gaibu no shūshū arashi kara no hinansho o sagashiteimasu. Watashitachiha, tatemono ga ochitsuki, shinda koto de, osoraku o nozoite hi sen'yū shi, sore ga anata no konomideareba, ichido ni nokosu to omoimashita." I state and they nod, when Jane-chan does something very foolish.
"DAMNIT, DOESN'T ANYONE SPEAK ENGLISH HERE?!?" Jane shouts in frustration and I snap back, "NO, so SHUT UP before you get us both killed!"
