Seeing the merits of Crystal's suggestion you wait for the hunters to return while the peasants start preparing to put together a selection of foodstuffs for the morning meal. While you have been waiting you have butchered the Wolf from yesterday. It's meat is spoiled of course from being left out in the sun but it's pelt is still worthwhile as are a few other things such as teeth and bones. The bones can make tools and the teeth can create a necklace to honor Crystal for her bravery in saving you from the beast.
It takes most of three hours but the hunters return with a handful of rabbits and breakfast is cooked.
You all eat and set things in order, then head for the spring.
