"It is for a school project"

I reply.

Millie looks confused and her facial expression suggests that she does not believe me, and she says:

"A school project? You have not started college yet."

"It is for a feminist studies class I am taking in the fall." I say, then continuing: "It is about whether porn objectifies women."

Millie gives me a very sceptical look, she thinks for a bit, most likely how to catch me out in a lie, and then her face lits up a little and she says:

"And does porn objectify women?"

"The professor told us to keep an open mind before we start our paper." I reply, digging myself deeper into my lie.

"That sounds like a very interesting paper, can I read your first draft?" Millie asks.

"I have not started yet, I was going to write it while I was here." I reply.

"You have not started yet? Then let us start now." Millie says, looking triumphant as she thinks she is about to catch me in a lie and waves for me to go inside with her.

I have **** but to follow her inside or let her catch me in the lie, so I walk inside with her, expecting that we will sit down with pen and paper or in front of a computer doing research, but to my horror Millie kneels down in front of the DVD player and puts the porn movie in!

She looks over at me and says: "Have a seat." So I sit down on one of the sofas. Millie uses the TV remote to move through the input sources of the TV, and I feel myself blushing when the start page of the DVD appears on the TV screen.
