"I was just trying to find where to put my clothes"

I stutter, and as I hear myself saying that I realise how stupid this sounds.

Millie looks at me and sighs, then says:

"Matt, please stop ruffling through my underwear. Just go and hang out by the pool and I will unpack for you." Then she looks at her lingerie on the floor and says: "And tidy this up, I don't want your hands on my underwear again, understood?"

"Yes." I say, trying to sound as regretful as possible, then walk out to the patio area. I sit down on one of the sun loungers, and play with my phone a bit. I do my best to look calm and cool, but I am sure I am still blushing.

I sit downstairs for a while, then Millie comes outside with a DVD in her hands, throws it in my lap, and asks:

"What is this?"
