You bide your time before leading an attack on the Elven village.

Overconfidence has previously been your downfall so you decide to wait until the goblins appear and let them fight it out with the Elves to whittle each other down before you attack. Using the natural shadows of the forest supplemented by your cloak of shadows spell you remain concealed as you spy the routine of the village. The village is surrounded by a wooden pallisade with a walkway around it to allow them to repeal invaders, there is a wooden gate at either side of the village allowing entrance while at its centre is a temple to one of their goddesses made of marble with a golden statue of a beautiful maiden thrusting a spear into the air. Despite the walls the inhabitants all seem nervous and skitterish as they await the inevitable goblin attack, the fact over half their warriors have not respawned must add to their concern. You refine your battle plan as you wait and earmark a couple of the most attractive Elven maidens with interest, the more you watch the more certain you are of adding a couple to your harem, willing or not.

The blare of a horn announces the arrival of the goblins who appear at the edge of the village in packs of threes and fours with a couple carrying short ladders, they seem largely bored about their attack as routine pillaging has made them stale. The Elves on the other hand close their gates and rush to their defences as you see Mia clad in armour attempting to rally her remaining troops but it is obvious how underelfed they are, this scenario is designed for assorted heroes to make a difference supported by a full roster of Elven warriors. The goblins soon see the Elves plight which raises their bloodlust shaking them out of their stupor and will a yell they rush to the attack.

Using the confusion as cover you run back to Lynn and Sara to gather your zombies for your own attack. By the time you return the goblins are storming the front gate, all the Elven warriors are amassed on that side as they desperately try to keep the gates shut. You hold back your **** until the gates fall and the goblins begin to enter the village, Sara and Lynn lead each of your flanks as you lead the centre. The goblins don't bother with a rear guard and the first they know of their attack is when your spectral axe begins to separate their heads from their bodies as your zombies support your attack, Sara throws fireballs at the defenders on the walls as Lynn casts Darkness at random areas to sow confusion.

The goblins at the front are slow to react to the carnage behind them and try press on their attack but the Elves put up a stiff resistance as the **** spreads out past the fallen gate and onto the village streets. Suppressing the desire to let your bloodlust overcome your mind you embrace the Undead Skeleton you used to be, you begin to raise the goblins and freshly killed Elves as zombies to bolster your numbers and you soon reach the tipping point where you easily outnumber the Elves and goblins which is when you start to demand their surrender. Giving up hope the Elves flee to their temple and barricade themselves inside while the cowardly goblins soon either throw down their weapons or flee, all except for their Chieftain and Shaman who step forward to challenge you, they are much tougher than their comrades but at the end of the day they are "only" goblins and you soon decapitate each of them with your axe. You raise the heads into the air as you demand the defeated goblins accept you as their leader, they seem uncertain at answering to you but are soon awed into submission when you bring their former leaders heads to life, their eyes open and despite their lack of vocal cords or lungs they begin to scream until you stuff rags into their mouths, your demand for any challengers to step forward remains unanswered.

Leading your zombies and goblin horde you approach the temple, disciplined volleys of arrows does little to deter the goblins as they advance as fear of you overcomes their natural cowardice. Standing before the temples doors command the attack to halt as you call out a challenge to Mia to face you one on one while arrows ping off your shield spell, it takes awhile but eventually the arrows stop and she steps out from the temple with a look of determination clad in armour and carrying a spear similar to the statues.

You brace yourself for her attack but she merely circles you, keeping a distance between you to ensure she can best use her weapons advantage of reach. Convinced she's not going to strike first you move inside the reach of her spear to attack her bracing yourself against her attack, she strikes but it's not nearly quick enough to touch you, you manage grab the spear and hold it as she tries to yank it back out of your hands but she's not nearly strong enough. A quick tug propels her towards you and dropping the spear you grab her in a bear hug as she squirms in your embrace, with contemptuous ease you bodyslam her to the ground knocking the wind from her. Retrieving her spear you point it at her throat as she lies prone beneath you and demand her surrender.
