Reaching Sheba.

Sheba is quite a wonder to behold--a jewel in the middle of The Great Desert. Three rivers from distant mountains not only bring all the water the city's population needs, but they deposit fresh, nutrient-rich sediments, allowing for fertile agriculture. Those three rivers form a mighty delta, which goes into a huge bay. The city itself is nestled to the East of the delta, making the use of the shore to create a natural sea harbor. Vast walls line the city, although plenty of buildings can be seen outside of it. At the center, lies two huge buildings--the Great Ziggurat, which holds the sultan, & his harem of wives & children; and The Hanging Gardens next to it, which was build to honor an ancestral queen from generations ago.

Walls within the city separates it into multiple districts, distinguished by its function. One district houses the poor, & most of the basic laborers; while another district holds the bulk of the city's industrial facilities. The airship dock is in the central district, which contains the government buildings, as well as the great temples, & the nobility. A quartet of magic towers line the inner city walls of the district, providing an added defense.

So as the airship touched down, and the dock workers worked hard to anchor it, the ramp was brought down, and the guild disembarked. A guard captain comes over to Cesar & Janissa, once every member of the guild had disembarked, & were on their way to the ziggurat. To them, she was quite a tall, big woman, with a mix of plate, leather, & cloth, that marked her as a guard captain. A cowl can be seen covering her head, as well as the sides of her face, and her neck. Most importantly, they can see a big scimitar holstered on her hip.

"Greetings, Briarwolf Guild." The guard captain tells them. "Welcome to Sheba. I'm Aldanya, Captain of the Royal Guard, and I come to you under orders to escort you to The Great Ziggurat, where your contractor, the Grand Sultan, awaits you."

"By your command, guard captain." Cesar tells her. "We will follow you to the Grand Sultan, as by his orders."

"Be advised, guild members," Aldanya tells them, "that Sheba also has another crisis unfolding. Aside from your contracted orders to find the stolen goods & the women intentioned for the royal court, we are also being harassed by a group of people from the sea. The Prydaen is one thing, but these sea people is another. Once you are done speaking to the Grand Sultan, we can give you more information about these sea people, should you desire it."
